HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I used the app to order my food for lunch at 10:45 am because I only have 30 minutes for my lunch. I used the delivery time request function on the app and asked for it to be here at 12:00 pm. Now, that is 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix a pizza and have it delivered to the customer on time. When lunch rolled around there was no delivery waiting on me. It was not until 12:20 pm that the delivery guy pulled into the parking lot. This gave me 10 minutes to eat. I called and spoke with a manager and all he told me was «have it delivered earlier». I encourage everyone to stray away from using Papa Johns.

After driving 30 minutes to the Cookeville papa johns I was sorely disappointed with every aspect of my visit. We were greeted by a worker with at least (and I’m not exaggerating) 15 – 20 facial piercings and eyebrows that were bright purple! Once we got past the initial shock of the counter person we placed and order for two large pizzas. This night was exceptionally cold with a temperature of 10 degrees while we were at the pizza place… While waiting for the pizzas in the car our 3 year old daughter (whom is in the potty training process :/​) exclaims she must use the potty. I bring her inside and politely ask if she may use the bathroom. A worker responds with our rest room isn’t public! I said I understood but due to the extreme cold weather could they just make an exception this one time because she was squirming around saying she had to go badly. A delivery driver brushed pasted us not even making eye contact and said «if she has to go that bad there is a bathroom in the gas station across the parking lot.» At this point I was infuriated. If it would have been myself or my husband I would have understood. To turn away a 3 year old child, which whom is a paying customer in the manner these employees did was totally grotesque. My daughter began to cry as I walked her out of the building into the freezing temperatures … She had an accident on the way to the neighboring gas station. Needless to say I demanded a refund and explained that I did not want to purchase the food at this point. I am so disgusted with my experience today at papa johns I will never eat there again. The customer service was nonexistent and the employees were down right rude!!!

This is one of my least favorite places to eat pizza, but when the majority want it, you order it and deal with it. Know what I mean?
I placed an order online and it was like taking a multiple choice quiz. Easy right? It’s spelled out for you, right? You’d think the staff would follow that, right? WRONG.
Here’s what I ordered online: medium Canadian bacon, double cut, well done crust; medium Italian sausage, square cut, well done crust.
Here’s how the order arrived: both regular cut, both regular bake.
Buyer beware. Don’t pay for it if it isn’t done right. I’ve had problems in the past with this location. You’re better off going across town for Pizza Hut, Little Cesar’s or even Cici’s.
Shape up, Papa Johns.
