The owner, Rob Brown, reached out to discuss the details of my review. He was very professional and apologized several times for the problems that we had encountered. While the caregivers had done a medicore job up until we began hospice, we needed a different level of care once we entered this new phase. I sincerely appreciated Rob taking the time to talk through our specific situation and I believe that he is genuinely interested in providing caring, quality service. I also believe that he is committed to improving his company through additional training and using additional screening and other measures. As a consumer though, particularly if you aren’t with your loved one all the time, it is up to you to carefully watch how those you hire are interacting with your family member — the smallest details can become very important. Again, I want to give a very loud shout out to three of the caregivers whose healing and empathy gifts are over the top!
