Walked into this huge store that was newly cleaned. The stock was plenty. However, as a first timer in the store, I spent about 20 minutes trying to navigate through the store and find beginning tools I would need. Not one of the 4 staff members said hi or asked if they could help me find something. I finally had to interrup an staffer who was writing on her clipboard.
I think it’s so important to acknowledge the customers and see if they need help. I’ll shop around other places and use Hancock as a last resort.
