The only place I go to buy toys, especially as gifts. I walk in, mention that I need a birthday present for a three-year-old girl, and I am presented with at least three options of varying price ranges. Plus free gift wrapping! The toys they stock are fun and educational, and while DD may be a bit pricier than Wal-Mart, they are worth every penny in customer service, as well as the gift wrapping.

I cannot believe it took me 3 years to visit this store. I came for several reasons. I follow them on Facebook, know people that have been there, and they also helped donating items for EXTREMEHOMEMAKEOVER& the Lighthouse Christian School during the Nashville floods in 2010. I had a birthday present I needed to buy for a 2 year old nephew, and thought that I would stop there first to support the small business vs TJ Maxx or Walmart. Great decision. Walking into the store, I was greeted promptly. I asked for suggestions for a 2 year old boy and was shown several things, but I was not pushed into buying anything. The customer service was AMAZING! While I looked around, my 2 year old played with displays that were set out just for the exploration of little hands. I quickly picked out 2 gifts and the owner took the presents to the counter, offered complimentary gift wrapping, and set the packages aside until I was ready to check out. Who needs the other stores with no customer service knowledge, no free gift wrapping, and difficulty with parking. Make this a first stop for children’s toys, stamps, imagination building, books, etc. before going ANYWHEREELSE.
