Our Check in at 3:00 pm we were exhausted and been in the car all day waited til 4:30 until room was ready … Finally went to the room and it had a huge bed bug sitting on top of the sheet … It’s a disappointment it seemed so great then when I told the desk clerk she looked like she knew they had them there but said sorry !! That could have cost us if I didn’t have a habit of room searches before I bring bags in

If you are traveling with kids and pups, do yourself a favor and go to a different hotel. This place is a dump! We stayed here last night while traveling across country and it was so bad that we left at first light. The room smelled nasty and the floors are so gross we were afraid to walk around without shoes on. Then to make it worse the people in the next room would walk outside and smoke, which would come into our room through the AC system. The food at the pub is also gross. Just go to the LaQuinta. We will on our way back.

Booked this joint based off of pictures from the site and because pet friendly. Got here and WOW. This places best days were 30 years ago, it really does look like it used to be a top of the line place, emphasis on «used to be». Ancient, dirty stained carpets in the lobby and halls, carpets so dirty in my room my feet turned black, mildew on the bathroom ceiling and the permits displayed from the Tennessee Dept. Of Health for the pool and hot tub expired in 2008. Still good? Are they gene pools now? Two stars because free fast Internets, new TVs(surprised me this joint probably had tube sets a year ago) and a corkscrew waterslide the kids loved although I feel like I should take them for shots tomorrow since the aforementioned permits expired 8 years ago. Also no bed bugs in our room, but another in our party found the tell tale brown spots on the mattress and moved rooms twice to find one without so… Check. Why didn’t we leave you may ask? Because it was for one night and I’ve lived in tents in Afghanistan, so I’ve been in worse. Besides, it’s a C-list hotel off the highway in bumfuck Tennessee, what do you expect? EDIT: Went to take a shower this morning and I think I’ll wait till I get to the next hotel, take a look at the colour of the water that collected whilst I waited for it to get hot. Brownish yellow. Undercover Boss needs to come here now.

Great hire for families and a place to spend the night off of I-40 in Cookeville. I got a reservation at the last minute, no problems checking in and getting a nice room. No, it isn’t a top of the line hotel, but for the price, it works. Pet friendly too, $ 10 extra is worth it. Got a cool indoor pool atrium too and free breakfast.

Great breakfast(make sure you get your tickets at check in. I guess people off the streets can come eat too). Really nice pool area convenient to all the rooms. Nice room the«high speed internet» is super slow. When you check in if using points or bringing pets make sure they put you in the correct room. They had to move us due to the trainee wasn’t trained properly. The outside could use a paint job and a couple update but over all it was a nice hotel
