The food was good and hot but the cashier was horrible. I came inside the cashier didn’t Greet me and she didn’t tell me I had to wait a few minutes because there was a delay, I had ask was it ok to order my order. Then when it was time for me to order the girl didn’t tell me, once again I had to ask was it ok to order. She didn’t say word to me unless I asked a question. Whoever is in charge needs to take note of that and change her position to fry cook. The three stars is for the food.

Okay this Wendy’s is spanking brand new in Conyers located off the I-​20 exit 82 next door to Old Charlies. The young girls there are kind of pleasant but they need to work on accuracy, efficiency and customer service. Please don’t hang my food order out of the second window while I’m at the 1st window paying and it’s 35 degrees outside! As if I need to hurry up! I open up my bag and find not only is all my food cold, my french fries are burnt to a crisp and my order is wrong. I’m posting a picture. Very disappointed

Good evening, this is Steven checking in at yet another Wendy’s. This Wendy’s has always been very nice. Today I ordered the 4 for 4 meal, 1 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget, small fry, and a small beverage (sparking water from Coke Machine).
The service was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. The restaurant is clean, especially for rush hour, and the service was swift and mistake free.

Wendy’s just isn’t what it use to be and this one is a newer building. I like the layout and décor. It’s beautiful. The workers are very professional. There is no loud talking or laughing from them. I think Wendy’s training program has gotten better.
