We had them out twice for repair of our a/​c unit. The first time our unit needed Freon. They charged us $ 85 per pound plus the service fee. We needed 3.5 pounds. They could not find the leak. We since have found out that Freon should cost no more than $ 25 a pound. Three months later our a/​c is out again. They say we need a dual capacitor. Their estimate is $ 385. We get a second opinion and same repair is $ 150. We inquire on what a new unit will cost. Their estimate…$ 3600. Our second opinion is $ 2500. See a pattern? Reliance grossly over charges and I highly recommend getting a second opinion.

A good, solid provider of heating and air conditioning services.
They are based in Conyers, but travel out to a very wide area in the metro Atlanta area – they even come out to Southside Atlanta where I live!
Check out their annual maintenance service plan. It it a convenient way to pre-​pay for spring and fall filter changes and systems checks. Also, it may give you some priority as a regular customer just in case your heating or air conditioning goes out in the dead of summer or winter.
