Service was not good. The lobster bisque was luke warm, the NY strip was over cooked and they forgot one of my sides.

If you’ve had a trip to one Red Lobster, then you’ve been to them all. I stopped in to catch a bit before seeing a movie. We were seated quickly, especially for a weekend day and a party of 5. Our server, although I can’t remember her name was very friendly. She even engaged in a convo with us about a popular TV show that ended its season the night before. Our food came out in good timing and hot! If you’ve read my reviews before then you know temperature is important to me lol. I chose the 4 Course option on the menu. I had Clam Chowder, Garden Salad, Fried Shrimp with Baked Potato, and dessert. I chose the Brownie Ala Mode. I had leftovers to take home. I enjoyed my evening.

My friend ordered a Togo order. Called 50 mins ahead. She Waited ten mins for someone to acknowledge her. They told me to go sit at the bar. It was very dirty and had a musty smell. The bar person did not greet her or even make communication. My friend is transgender and felt like her service was because of it. Once the food came it took them 10 more mins to bag it. Horrible to go service.

Visited this Red Lobster on the way to Augusta from Atlanta. This was my third visit and it is still a good place to eat. I order a cocktail, cup of New England Clam Chowder, House Salad, and the Salmon, Shrimp, and Lobster. It was all very good and tasty. The service was great as well. The only reason I could not give this place 5 stars is because they wiped the table off with a dirty rag. It smelled like wet socks and I had to wait a second for the table to dry before I would touch it. My suggestion would be to make sure that the tables are being wiped with clean cloths. Using dirty cloths is highly unsanitary. Other than that, this Red Lobster does better than others I have visited.

Beside being completely overpriced and overrated. Most anything you order here is overcooked and over seasoned. And don’t even get me started about the fresh seafood. It took me three trays of rotten oysters one night to almost completely turn me against eating them and the service is almost always supper slow. Not a place I’ll waste my money.

According to the Ad, it should have been a feast of seafood. I ordered three different kinds of shrimps and it took me 1 hour to get my first plate. The flavor was good but not amazing. By the time I finish the plate, I don’t feel hungry anymore. I went with another one and it took us 50 bucks to enjoy the VERY limited shrimps. Will not go again on weekends because the waiting is way too painful.

Even with a water main break, they were good. They had to use bottled water for everything. The only way we even knew that there was a problem is that they gave us free bottled water with our meal.

Service, servers and appearance not as good as it once was. We ate there last Monday evening and it wasn’t crowed at all. I don’t think the sever ever assumed that role in that position before. Didn’t get plates, cocktail or horseradish sauce when we got our oysters and had to ask and then wait. Got or wine with our meal and we ordered it first. The server only had 2 other tables she was waiting. Had to ask for service on 5 occasions including our check! The manager was very obsess too and couldn’t fit through the door to the bar area which was embarrassed us as she saw us watching. Not good representation for a restaurant manager

Came in on a Saturday afternoon with barely any traffic. I haven’t eaten Red Lobster in so long and I was craving a biscuit. I was seated immediately and greeted within 5 minutes by my waiter(TJ). I ordered and my salad came out within 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I got my entrée. The shrimp Alfredo is just as good as I remember. Then came dessert. TJ recommended the apple crostada which came out hot and flaky and delicious. I don’t know why the rating is so low but I had a fabulous experience. Myself and another waitress even talked about the woes of taking science courses. The staff is super nice and professional.

Went there on the day before Mothers Day at 1 in the afternoon. We had a party of eight and were told it it would be 20 – 30 minutes. 40 minutes later we were told 20 – 30 minutes. Finally were seated after an hour. The whole time there were smaller groups waiting but lots of tables with no one seated there. When we finally got seated and ordered the food took forever then they forgot 1 side and got one entrée cooked incorrectly. The food was average and but the service was awful. Eat somewhere else until they learn to run this place better.

HUGE restaurant, small parking lot. The staff is friendly and the air doesn’t smell«fishy» = good ventilation. I ordered the peach lemonade, a salad and shrimp three ways. The bread was good as always, however they were extremely slow in refilling our basket, gave me a sense of stinginess. The peach lemonade was delightful. After that, the service was extremely slow. The salad came out 15 mins later and it was fresh and evenly dressed. The shrimp three way came out 30 mins after the salad which was a bit shocking considering their wasent that many people their that night. The butter garlic shrimp was cooked perfectly. The friend shrimp was decent but a bit doughy. The shrimp pasta was sadly overcooked with briny shrimp. Luckily I did not have any stomach troubles after. Overall the food was decent but the service was horrible. I hope it was just an off night. I may come back again if their was a sweet deal. Cheers!

I have been going to this red lobster since it opened. I have celebrated many occasions here and whenever I come to visit my family it is our first choice for lunch. On the infamous snowapocolypse of 2014 like many businesses in the area they were going to close at 3. My mom arrived about 10 before 3 and I was still on my way. She went a head and ordered my food for me as our understanding due to the weather. They still let us come in and dine risking there own drives home in order to ensure us that our bellies were full and satisfied. Our server was awesome. Melissa, courses served in a timely fashion, ensured plenty of the delicious cheddar biscuits, and executed all requests without hesitation. I typically have a complicated order and she nailed it. My mom’s request for extra sauces and dressing all fulfilled and arrived with meal. And never underestimate the importance of never having an empty beverage. We had an amazing experience while the whole Atlanta Metro area was freaking out and for that I thank you. And that Melissa is an awesome server and wanted to make sure it is noticed. Thank you

SO surprised to see how low their rating is!!! I took my family out to dinner last night here and we had an amazing time! Our waitress who I’m very mad at myself right now for not being able to remember her name, made our night very memorable! She was prompt, kept our margaritas coming which we’re very strong! She gave my daughters boyfriend a basket of the delicious garlic biscuits for himself because he didn’t order a salad. Overall we had a perfect night here! 5 stars!!!

Went valentines day and got there early. Was still a long wait. And service sucked. Ordered and asked for lobster to be well done. Got it and it was raw sent it back, then lobster tacos where a joke. There was not chunks of lobster at all, they use the end of the claws and to me that is the trash of the lobster. So I told the waiter, you can send this back, and your add is false. There was not any edible lobster in this. Had to send lobster back for a second time, it had been a hour and a half. So I told him just make it to go. And by the way can you put some cheese biscuits to go since we only got served three biscuits our whole meal. Bad service and shitty cooks. We will not be going back. It was a total of almost two hours and fifteen min from hell.

Took my kids for a family night out. at the Red Lobster on Dogwood Drive in Conyers on 3÷04÷12 besides the 1 ½ hr wait that were were told would only be 45 minutes, the food was horrible! my children who love sea food did not even touch their lobster or shrimp, the so called lobster pizza we had no lobster on it, the salad was a disgrace laden with a think goopy dressing, I don’t even use salad dressing on my salad, the fried calamari came with fried broccoli? seriously who fries broccoli? both my parents were professional cooks and I’m an avid cook, I know how food is supposed to taste. the food tasted microwave, doused in butter to cover up the obvious lack of freshness, the rice was greasy. I can’t believe I paid 141.00 for such horrible food. red lobster has seriously fell off. disgraceful!

Where to begin. We arrived at about 10 til 2 and were told it would be about 20 min wait. We are standing there along with about 15 other people waiting while half the restaurant tables are empty with at least four tables empty in the main dinning area. We finally were seated about 35 min after arriving. We atleast had a good waitress. I ordered the New England Lobster Rolls. They looked great on the menu, but I have never had them at Red Lobster. When I received my food I actually laughed at how small the Lobster Rolls were. I told the waitress that I had never seen a lobster roll so small. The roll looked like a hot dog bun, but was half the size of a regular hot dog bun. The dish came with two and the rolls took up about a quarter of the plate. I believe my baked potato was bigger than both lobster rolls. The small amount of lobster meat was only in the middle of the rolls. The lobster meat was over whelmed by the tons of onions used in the mix. The waitress even agreed with me that the rolls were very small and looked nothing like the picture in the menu. Overall I was very disappointed with the wait time, lack of employees to manage all tables and the quality of food. They might have renovated the inside and outside décor, but more needs to be renovated.

I went to red lobster with family midday on Valentines day when before it became ultra crowded. We waited about 30 minutes and I wasn’t too surprised to find a huge gaping empty section in the restaurant since Red Lobster is notorious for letting their patrons wait when they have numerous tables available. The food actually surprised me. I had a chicken and pasta dish(since I am not really a fan of seafood) and it was really good! Better than some of the fancy schmancy places I have eaten in Midtown. The chicken was seasoned and grilled for the correct amount of time so that it was still juicy. The pasta and sauce was very flavorful and there was A LOT of it. I had to take home half of it and ate it the next day. I had chocolate cake for desert and it was really good with the rich chocolate taste with moist cake and frosting. All in all it was a pleasant meal even though we did have to wait 10 more minutes to be served with our bread/salad after we sat down at our table.
