Panera Bread

This is probably one of the best Panera locations I’ve been to. Although I live nowhere near here, I had a meeting at this location and was pleased with the courteous staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. For a late afternoon, there were not very many people there and my order (a simple mango smoothie) came just as fast as I could order it. The young lady taking my order was very friendly and helped me get through a mini indecisive phase and suggested a mango smoothie which I really liked. Even though the meeting lasted about three hours, no one from the staff bothered us and asked when we were leaving (some places will kick you out after a long one frame lol) and I really appreciated that. Very pleasant experience. Doesn’t hurt that they have free wi-​fi.

Clean environment, competent and courteous staff and (surprisingly) good music always playing (some indie satellite station, I think). Conyers is bereft of decent lunch options… thank god for Panera. Keep up the good work!

Every time I come they mess something up or are out of something. I always order the turkey and avocado blt, it is always random what they are out of, no avocado no bacon no mayo. One time I got all the way home and there was no turkey on the turkey and avocado blt. I didn’t want to give them one star so I kept holding off until just now out of avocado again.

Came here with my mom for breakfast before church this morning. Customer service was superior and the vibe was great.

Stopped this morning on the way to the airport. Only place open for a good breakfast. Staff is always so friendly. So glad they were open. Not to mention I always love their soup and bakery items.

They are always out of something. I usually stop by in the mornings to get a strawberry parfait and a breakfast sandwich. Without fail, they are almost always out of either strawberries or the granola. Out of 5 days, they may have all of the ingredients for a parfait maybe 1 day of the 5. I have started calling from my cell before wasting my time. Take it off the menu if you’re not going to order the needed ingredients! I’m pregnant so this has been a craving of mine’s. On top of the parfait issue, they discontinued my favorite panini — smokehouse turkey on 3 cheese miche. Do better Panera! Shame on you.

This location is okay, but because of the few things I’ve encountered, I took a star away.
I occasionally come here to pick up bagels or food for work. When you come in at 6AM to grab bagels, you actually have to wait about 10 minutes so they can ring you up since I guess it’s too early in the morning. The bagels here are good, but I’m especially in love with their seasonal pumpkin pie bagel.
The one time their bagel cutter broke, the lady had to cut them all by hand, which I didn’t mind. But when I took the bagels out, not a single one was sliced completely through and they were so uneven. I should have cut them myself. I had to pull out a knife and cut them myself. They also ran out of the cream cheese I wanted, which I think was weird, since it was only a wednesday.
The one time I ordered food for 3 people, I went through their online system and set pick up in an hour. I prepaid online as well. I show up, the food isn’t there and wait another 5 minutes. I ask them if it’s ready and they say almost. I’m still waiting and I find out that the food is just sitting by the cashier and no one said anything. It was just hanging out while I was waiting.
The worst thing is that I showed up at 6AM to buy bagels for my office and I was told no bagels would be available for 30 minutes.
These are just too many disappointments for one location

I have never been to this restaurant without having a issue come up. From the week they opened (restrooms not working), always long line to order, being out of bread, or other items., not getting order correct. I have given this location plenty of chances… management needs to step up.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of quality provided at this Panera location. While the staff was kind, the vegetables were soggy and the hummus was, literally, frozen. Furthermore, the portion size of the chicken was half of what is typically served on the power protein bowl. This was a serious miss on behalf of Panera Bread.

The food is fine here but the service is way too slow. Not sure why because the place is well staffed. Ive gotten faster service at starbucks down the steet and thats not saying much.

I really need to frequent this location more. I discovered the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel recently and I can’t get enough. I stopped by this morning to pick up one along with a Chocolate Chip Bagel but they were out of Chocolate Chip. I ended up getting 2 crunch ones with the Honey Walnut Spread. I plan to go back for lunch soon because the different smells coming through the drive thru window were amazing!

Food is good, service is friendly and the place is clean. I cannot recommend the drive thru, the food is rushed out paninis were cold. Just go inside. Didn’t get any fancy drinks just regular coffees all three times I went, which was good. Also only skim and half and half options at the coffee bar.

My business and I order large to-​go orders from Panera nearly weekly. Our order go to catering, Kaitlyn, who is incredibly helpful and precise! Our orders are never wrong when they are in the hands of Kaitlyn. Not only are the orders never wrong, but they are always hot and delicious. It is always a pleasure and stress relief to order our large lunches from Panera.

Slow drive-​thru time, despite being the only car; warm coffee, and cloyingly sweet iced chai latte. Very disappointing.

My sandwich was actually really good. I got the Roasted Turkey Avocado Blt on honey wheat with gouda cheese and pressed in the panini maker. The sandwich was really good and a side greek salad to match. My parents also enjoyed there meal, but I didn’t like the butternut squash ravioli so much personally but my mom did. Good food so good experience here at our local Panera.

My meal was brought out to me after I found a seat which is uncommon and nice. I ordered some pastries with my meal that were forgot about and I brought this to my servers attention but they seemed a bit frustrated by me asking about something they forgot. They were promptly brought to the table on a platter which showed nice attention to detail.
I felt a bit skimped on the portion of soup I received in my breadbowl compared to previous visits.
Overall it was a nice clean restaurant, quite and pleasant service. I would come here again.

Brand new. Since I usually adore a Panera, I have high hopes for it! Still has growing pains (staff slow or learning, etc), and several times my food order hasn’t been quite up to normal Panera standards (got a lukewarm cappuccino and a tiny You Pick Two sandwich). But they do give you one of those cool new locators so they can bring your order to your table. Here’s hoping things settle out into a great place to go!

This is a nice Panera. However, the service is slow and they are always running out of product. Mainly, cups. I’ve had to drink ice tea out of a coffee cup. The location is great, but to me it’s worth driving to the Lithonia location to get what you want/​need. Since the store is so new, I will assume it’s still in the learning stages.

ok i guess, fast and friendly service. food not that bad for sandwiches. would not go back again. subway is better.

I love the salads here. I rate them the best in Conyers, there are so few places in the area that have a decent salad so Panera is a great addition to the local food scene. For years I would go to their Lithonia store about 3 – 4 times a year, I now go to the Conyers about twice a month. I say welcome Panera!
