The WORST experience I have ever endured with a Doctor’s practice.
First, the Physician’s Assistant who saw me was wearing a dirty lab coat AND was clearly suffering from a respiratory or throat infection.
Second, a routine blood test for thyroid, potassium, and cholesterol took 30 minutes of trying to find a vein and finally sticking me in each hand.
Third, I was told that the test results would be available the following Monday and to call or come in for results. I drove to the office on Monday at 4:15pm and was told that results had not come back.
Fourth, FOURTEEN calls and three days later the front office finally told me that the testing lab said that not enough blood had been collected to complete ANY of the three tests, and asking me to come back in!
There is not a chance that these people will ever see me again.
