It was wonderful. We came in, knowing exactly what we wanted to look at. They pulled the car up, took a GREAT test drive, then started talking numbers. We set on a pretty strict budget and they were aware of that! It was a stress free as car buying can be ! Wonderful experience from beginning to end.

To be honest I had some concerns that caused me to return to the showroom. But when I returned to voice my complain I was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to go beyond what was expected to make me satisfied. Under no circumstance would I ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership. My morther-inlaw and I had purchase two vehicles from this location… a mini van and a Ford F150. When I purchase the truck it was raining that day and I notice the back seats were soak and wet. I also notice water damage on the hoodliner. It was explained to me that they were detailing the car and cleaning the seats. I dismissed it and took the truck home… Well I was taking my son to school the other day and it was poring down raining and he was sitting in the back seat. He stated that it was leaking in the truck. He was getting soak in the back seat. Well I did some researching and found out that this was a huge problem with this make and model Truck… there are tons of information about this problem with the Ford F150’s I printed out 6 sheets of testimony concerning people with this problem. The 3rd break light was the problem… the gasket around the casing is cheap and wears out so I took the truck back to the dealership and they were totally oblivious to the problem. The attendant blew me off and told me I would have to pay to have it repaired. They knew about this problem but they sold these cars anyway… please don’t think Im just a mad customer… I just want them to be fair and do the right thing.
