I tried the smoked chicken salad sandwich and it was very delicious. I really liked the different BBQ sauces they had available. I Pi-bytes dessert would be a great place for this spot.

On Thursday, I was in the mood for bbq so decided to stop at Bradley’s. I ordered the Big Tex sandwich with both the sweet and mild sauces. It was delicious. The portion was large. The wait was reasonable and the teenagers working were all super polite. I took my food Togo and left hoping my meal would be as enjoyable as the customer service I received. Needless to say, it was worth all 5 stars. I am actually planning to make a stop there tonight just as soon as I get off work.

Had a rib plate with cole slaw and Brunswick stew. The ribs were great, among some of the best I have had. Tender, not too lean but not to greasy at the same time. The sauces on the table didn’t live up to the ribs one was mustard based and the other was tomato based. They were okay but I have had better. The coleslaw is made in house, I asked, and was really good. The only real disappointment on the plate was the Brunswick stew. I know the recipe. Can vary but this was like baby food with corn in it. It tasted okay but I couldn’t get past the texture. I would definitely go back if in the area.

Husband and I did take-out of 24 count smoked chicken wings, fries and a large onion rings. This is our 1st time trying smoked wings and it won’t be the last. They were large, meaty, flavorful wings served with a sweet, tangy sauce and a slightly spicy sauce. The fries were crispy, golden brown and flavorful. The onion rings were awesome! Large, crispy, golden brown with a flavorful batter and spicing. Such a generous portion that we have snacks for later. Great meal!

I frequent que joints all over metro Atlanta. I bumped into this spot because I live in Conyers. I’ve been to this place 4 times to get ribs. 1st time the ribs were dry. 2nd time the ribs were pretty good. 3rd time the pitmaster lost control of the salt on the ribs. 4th time my wife went for me and came back with the worst representation of ribs I had ever been served from any rib spot. Instead of receiving 6 bones, it was 3 bones and a bunch of dry, hard ends of a rib rack. I was so frustrated, I jumped out of the shower and returned them myself to get my money back. With a 25% chance of getting good ribs, I will pass on this place.

The best barbeque in Conyers. What I like is that the staff seems like they enjoy being there – that’s refreshing. Make sure to get sweet tea and some brunswick stew.
