I had a salad that was fantastic. The garlic parmesan fries were delicious and the Jamaican jerk fries were pretty good. I’ve been here twice and have not been disappointed yet. The costumer service was great too.

Mediocre food, and on two separate occasions friends have gotten sick there. Their Long Island Iced Tea is basically just sour mix and has no «kick.» And every time I have been they got my drink order wrong the first time. I only go because of work functions. I like the one in my hometown, but this one is not recommended.

Have gone back a few more times… and pretty yummy. Love their Italian nachos but wish they would a few more slices of pepperoni!

I chaperoned my sister on a visit to Hendrix College and she stayed the night at the college so I was alone for dinner. Someone recommended this place, so I went and sat at the bar. The bartender was extremely friendly and he provided excellent service. I had a calzone and it was pretty good. Overall, I had a good experience.

Pretty good pizza! Only thing is they don’t do stuffed style pizza, that’s the Chicago style that i know and love. Anyway, good pizza and nice location downtown. Big plus was on Aug 22nd we had previously gone to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch an NFL preseason game, guess what? BWW wouldn’t put the game on for us! Left that sad place and went to Old Chicago Pizza instead and they put the game on for us! Had a great time. Will visit again next time i’m in town.

Went to lunch here. Called in my order prior to arriving(15 min). When I arrived, there were hardly any people there. There was one table(booth) full of servers though. I let the host know that I had ordered but wanted to eat my meal there, no problem. Told him my name and he remembered me & said he would take care of it. It was 25 minutes before I received my order. I was getting ready to go, he sees me preparing to leave as he passes by in the distance & then brings me my order… COLD& the wrong side item(sigh). No apologies to me nor anything. Just sat it there & rushed off. Seriously? I was really hungry but had to make my next appointment. Didn’t have time to speak with the manager, so I’m taking my frustration out here through my review. With the place being practically empty at lunchtime, I can now unserstand why. DONOTGOHEREFORLUNCH. I’ll see what it does for dinner service someday, but I’m not in a hurry to do so.

Pretty much anything you order is going to be great. They have an appetizer that is basically pizza toppings over fresh tortilla chips. It’s huge! Takes at least three people to eat if you don’t wanna fill up before entrees arrive. It’s really good!

Great location, great service, amazing pizza. If you want pizza and/or beer, this is the place to go. Prices are very competitive, and extremely low when compared to the quality of food they serve. With over 100 beers available, you can’t go wrong. Atmosphere is 75% restaurant, 25% bar. My favorite place to eat in Conway, by far.

Located in the very cool downtown area. Very easy parking. LOTS of televisions inside, if that is your thing. Service was very slow and inattentive, and the dining room was empty since we had stopped at an off time. The pies were good, very thick crust on the Chicago style. Better than a chain pizza joint, but not did not leave me wanting to return.

Always solid. A bit pricey but high quality food and good service. One of the best places in Conway to eat and get an adult beverage. Be sure and ask about their late happy hour(s) specials after 10 pm.

The one problem with this location is the setting. It is dark. It is too loud to hold a conversation. The service is running around a bit clueless. Some of the bartenders don’t know what they’re doing and just sit there and bad mouth people. Like the rest of Conway, everyone goes there in groups(there is a bar but don’t go there thinking you’ll strike up a conversation with anyone). Drinks are average and prices are ridiculous. Food is the best part. The pizza and nachos are interestingly They also hold themed nights, which is good if you go in a group.

I love this place for lunch and dinner, although I try not to get drinks when I’m here, for some reason I’m not too impressed with the bar. I love the non-carby options, like the Mediterranean salad. The pizza and calzones are so great for hangovers! If I was into professional or college sports I would say that this would be the place to go to watch games, they have a ridiculous amount of huge TVs. Nice atmosphere and very friendly wait staff. Fun for a night out as well!

Excellent place to get together, have a few drinks and some good food. The Stromboli is amazing, as well, we had the sampler appetizer, and it too was very good. The staff is good too.

I generally avoid Old Chicago because I am not a fan of deep-dish pizza. My husband and I recently lunched here, and we had a fine experience, but it is not my favorite pizza in the world, or in Conway, even. We were pleased to see a thin-crust option on the menu, and you can create your own pizza with various crust options. We chose the«New York style» with pepperoni, mushrooms and green olives. I think the size the NY style comes in is $ 11 and change, + $ 1.69 for each additional topping besides cheese. The menu says it feeds two to three. When it came it seemed pretty big, and we brought a third of it home. I liked the whole and half olives on the pizza. That was pretty tasty, but honestly, I just don’t like the crust; it’s not crispy. This place is great as a pub, because they have a huge variety of bottled and tap beers. The Stella Artois is great on draft, and they also have Kilian’s on tap, which is one of my husband’s favorites. The service is always professional, attentive and adept. Last time, we had Katee, who was great. She was personable and sincere and chatty without being overbearing or fake. She checked on us often, but wasn’t bothersome. My husband also noticed they have a lunch buffet, but when he scoped it out, he wasn’t interested, as he said there weren’t many varieties, and it was almost all deep-dish. We probably won’t be back soon, for the reasons I’ve mentioned, but if you like this kind of pizza, it’s a good restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and good service.

OH, gosh! the Miller light! I’ve been made fun of from my friend for saying that they have the best miller light beer ever! I just love it! and delicious pizza too! That’s all I can say!

Old Chicago does it’s intended purpose as a chain, and is consistent and efficient. As far as food goes, the Signature Trio sampler is always a must for me, and probably my favorite item on the menu. The pepperoni rolls and garlic bread are amazing, and the nachos are definitely interesting but not amazing. The pasta dishes I’ve sampled fell short of my expectations, and are slightly bland. The pizza is very good, but not my favorite. The food overall is a bit pricey for the quantity. As for the beer, the selection is amazing for Conway, AR. However, I am very unimpressed by the staffs’ almost complete lack of beer knowledge or information. The beers are numbered in the menu for the server’s convenience. They offer cold mugs, which in the world of craft beer is a faux pas, not allowing the full flavor to present itself. I ordered a Spaten Franziskaner on my last visit and was asked ‘what number that is’. On one occasion they were out of Boulevard Wheat, which my companion ordered, and a Boulevard Pale Ale was poorly suggested. All in all, the atmosphere, service, and food are on par, but the lack of beer knowledge is extremely off-putting, especially for this beer snob. Maybe if the World Beer Tour and mass amounts of brews weren’t their gimmick, this wouldn’t be so disappointing and slightly alarming. A great place for a college town though!

Old Chicago offers great food, awesome atmosphere, and friendly and attentive service. I can’t comment on how much their pizza is like true Chicago style pizza, but I can say the pizza is darn good. It easily has possibly the best pizza in town. In addition to pizza, they also offer calzones, salads, burgers, and a large variety of items. Our favorite is the«Chicago Seven» pizza, with thick crust, of course. Throughout the restaurant are many large flat screen TVs that actually show HD content — almost always some variety of sports programming. The restaurant has an open feeling and is definitely not quiet, but it still feels cozy and inviting. The staff is always fun and perfectly willing to leave you alone or engage in a bit of friendly conversation. Their beer selection is easily the largest in Conway, as they offer a rotating selection of something like 100 beers, several on tap. They offer a free«World Beer Tour» membership, which allows you to keep track of which beers you have tried. After reaching a certain level, your name goes on the«Wall of Foam.» The program also offers small prizes every now and then as well, such as playing cards. I’m a big fan of Old Chicago, even if it is a chain restaurant. It is much better in many ways than lots of the big restaurant chains.

Again, I’ve not been to Chicago and so I honestly cannot compare this restaurant with the Windy City’s pizza. But it’s a fun place to go in an otherwise deserted downtown at 8p.m. on a Friday night. The place is huge and the hi-defs were airing NBA, MLB and Women’s softball so one had plenty of choices. Our table ordered the Signature Trio which consisted of Italian Nachos(meh, not so great), Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls(Doughy, cheesy and good), and Cheese Garlic Bread(ditto on the doughy/cheesy part). My friends chose Guinness on tap from 200 beers representing the world. Here’s where it became fun. After ordering a large pizza with Roasted Garlic, Pepperoni and Olives, we sat back, noshed and people-watched. The waiter came back after about 30 minutes and told us. I kid you not… that our pizza had exploded. He offered comps on salad which everyone turned down except me. It was Romaine lettuce but actually it was tasty except for the one cherry tomato that would never know what ripeness was intended to be. Exploding pizza? What the hell are they using for yeast back there? Or was it a combo of the cheese(they use A LOT of cheese in their food) and the hot ovens? Well, when our second, non-lethal pizza arrived, we dug in. Not bad considering other pizzas I’ve had. Very light dough, pleasant sauce. I could have used more garlic on mine. I enjoyed the overall meal and our waiter had a great sense of humor. Honestly, I don’t think I will ever hear of an exploding pizza again unless I’m in the Green Zone in Iraq. As to judging this pizza as a ‘Chicago-style’ pizza… when I visit that city, I’ll let you know!
