The room will do for a one-night stay. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was immaculate. Looked like the tile, fixtures, etc. were all brand new. The fridge was unplugged and never cooled before we checked out(a common occurrence I’m finding in these cheap/discount mom&pop motels, I understand saving money but come on). Be aware that there are two floors and no elevator. There is a somewhat rickety stairway leading to the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage or a physical disability, request a main floor room ahead of time. The walls are pretty thin but with the AC running noise wasn’t really a big issue for us. There was sort of a musty smell throughout the whole motel. The rugs don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in quite a while and the free Wifi that supposedly doesn’t require an access code, does indeed require an access code unless you want to «try it for a few minutes» for free. I didn’t need it for much longer than that so I’m not sure how long you actually get before needing the access code. Just thought that was a tad misleading. The location is great, surrounded by shopping, restaurants and very close to local attractions. The staff were friendly and very informative about the things the motel had to offer. The free continental breakfast is definitely a plus. Overall, it’s an okay place if you’re passing through.

Me and my family came up from Delaware to visit family for the holidays, the trip was put together last minute, so we couldn’t find a great brand name hotel that wasn’t $ 399 a night. We arrived at 2:46 P. M and we were told to leave because check in was 3: PM and they told us we couldn’t get in even though no one else was in the motel, so clearly the room was ready. We came back and went into the room and it was the worst excuse for a motel/hotel room I have ever seen. The bedding was thin and the sheets were dry as hay, there were stains EVERYWHERE, and the tile from the bathroom was falling apart. After a evaluation of the room we decided to take our chances and get a refund for the room and look elsewhere for a place to stay. We booked it through Expedia and they wanted a conformation, being 15 hours away from home we couldn’t get a conformation. So we has to call Expedia and they told the clerk to give the money back. So we left and stayed at a WONDERFUL Comfort Inn down the street for $ 209 a night versus the $ 151 we payed here. So spend the extra few bucks it’s worth it!

The location is awesome. We just walked out the back door to the outlets and food. But our room smelled like dog, thus explained FLEABITES on 2 of the four of us!!! The 2 who slept in the same bed together! ICKY! Pool was much smaller than advertised and not heated. The hot tub was the size of my kitchen sink, and their continental breakfast was«meh.Although it was a better breakfast than the previous place(hot waffles you make yourself) the seating area was super tiny and the staff had a hard time keeping up with trash and refilling food items/plates and such with out bumping into guests. The bathroom was great, good water pressure, hot water, no noisy running toilet. They gve you a code for complimentary wi-fi which only worked for one hour on one device. Pain getting new access codes.but.if there was not an insect issue it would do in a pinch. BUGS? NOWAY! Don’t bother.
