I have always had a great experience here. I will admit, if you’re on a tight budget you may sweat a little because they’re definitely not the cheapest option. But they’re worth it! Super knowledgeable and friendly and unlike most other tire shops, they won’t sell you a bad used tire. Old or new, they always sell you their best. I love this place!

If I could give negative zero stars I would. These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The mechanic was sitting there, with a straw hanging out of his mouth. They wanted to charge us 224.00 for parts that at NAPA were just slightly over a hundred and then they wanted to charge 478.00 for labor, to change 3 gaskets.. When I objected to this cost they just said have a nice day with an attitude. So we went to leave and the truck has ashes all over the floor (my son doesnt smoke) and his door was unlocked with his truck on the street. (someone easily could have stolen his stereo) We called Steve Smith Auto Repair and they gave us a price for ½ of what these crooks wanted and came to pick up the truck and towed it there. I wouldnt recommend Austin Brothers to ANYONE! THEY ARE CROOKS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE

Best place to get ur car fixed in Conway area. They are professional and friendly. They fix only what is needed and never overcharge u.

These guys are very quick and efficent. They get tires at much better prices then anywhere else (believe me I’ve been looking for a while.) and their service is great. If you call you will talk to Ms. Becky and this woman knows her tires. My family and I have been doing business with Austin Bros. for years and will continue to do so! I would definentley recommend these guys to anyone in the central Arkansas region! They have another shop in Little Rock too.
