1st time homeowners and first time we came home to no heat in –6 weather. Called Breathe Easy after hours and left a message on their emergency line. I was immediately responded to, and was put in touch with someone who tried to troubleshoot the issue before sending someone out. We were unable to solve the issue so they sent a tech out asap. I was called shortly after by the polite tech who gave me an exact window of time he would be out to my home. JC was able to quickly address the issue and restored heat to our home immediately. He also spent the time to explain the issue to someone who had no idea about boilers and offered some great tips to help my product last for years to come. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! This is how a company is supposed to do business.
