This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the face of the planet. Always slow(inside and drivethru), always incorrect orders and its not the cleanest if you ever go inside. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile and a half down the road to the one on Ridge Pike.

Don’t order the premium wraps. They don’t know how to make them then after being told it was coming, you learn that they don’t have the grilled chicken that they said was 2 minutes from being done.

I typically don’t have the highest expectations of McDonald’s or any fast food place for that matter, but this McDonald’s is outrageously bad. I’m not sure if it’s just bad management or bad employees, but my wife and I have rarely left with our orders correct. It is close to our house so unfortunately we stop there more often than we should. We have left the drive thru before missing items and then have to park and go inside to get things fixed. My wife received a chicken wrap missing the chicken. We’ve ordered unsweetened tea and gotten sweet tea. To top it off, my father was in town and we were joking about how bad this McDonald’s is, and when we left the drive thru, he realized that his double cheeseburger was missing BOTH hamburger patties. My wife and I both thought he was kidding, but he wasn’t. We had to turn around and go back inside to get hamburger patties on the hamburger we ordered. Since it is the only fast food place around, go there if you must, but just know that this place is in it’s own league when it comes to messing orders up.

I agree with previous reviewers who say that it’s hard to mess up fast food. And I say that is especially true at a place like McDonald’s, a company that practically wrote the book on fast food preparation. That being said, this McDonald’s is similar to every other McDonald’s I’ve visited– and the food tastes the same as always(I do try to stay away from fast food, but sometimes those fries just call my name). The parking lot is laid out in an annoying way, though. It’s very narrow in some parts and it’s hard to get around.

This is one of the best Mcdonalds. period. Let me say — ‘bon appetit!’ — its time for the mcnuggets(w/honey mustard for sure, wild card sauce after that). The furnishing were amazing, felt like a furniture store, everything was so new. Great customer service, plenty of parking, did I mention they serve mcnuggets? this place rocks!

It’s McDonald’s folks — hasn’t everyone eaten here at some point in their lives? Tastes like McDonald’s & smells like McDonald’s. I only eat here when it is out of convenience or necessity — this time happened to be the only restaurant around my hotel in Philly that was open and I did not have a car and I was hungry… so walked across the street and got a big mac with fries and a sprite. tasted good.

Fast food seems like it would be tough to mess up and a lot of places manage to do it consistently. It’s also tough for fast food to be outstanding — this place manages to be outstanding. They pay attention to details and do simple things like making sure not to give you fries until your sandwich is ready. The modern décor makes it an appealing hangout with a group of friends.

If I could give it no stars I would. EVERY time I go here, and its not often but only for absolute dire need to because the WAWA across the street looks full, and im late, or tired and just want something quick, but everytime I come here, theres something wrong. This time I decided to take the time and write something about it. Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, no answer. That should have been my sign to just say no. I decided to park and go inside of course there were 2 smoking employees at the entrance so i almost had to excuse myself past them just to get in past the cloud of smoke too. But finally made it in where there were 2 employees at the drive-thru window chatting and touching and playing around, with the one girl throwing around her headphones«listen to this» Another girl hiding in the corner on her phone decides to end her phone call and helps me out. She apologizes for the wait in the drive-thru(not her fault since shes not working drivethru) and tells the drivethru guy to check his mic or something. He obviously replies«yeah, its working». The car that was behind me waiting in the drivethru earlier, a while BMWX5 pulls up about a minute after the drivethru guy was told to check his mic. Draw your own conclusions. Then I watched the«cook» just use his bare hands, no gloves just splat together whatever was on his screen and throw the food on the pick up counter. Keep in mind the girls that was telling her co-workers to «listen to this» was still getting in the way of the others possibly trying to their job. So here I am now, writing this review after having thrown out my food once arriving home. Why didn’t I ask for a manager? Look, if you saw what was going down, the manager definitely knows or is a part of it too. DONTGOHERE, this is your first and last warning.

This McDonald’s has been renovated on the inside since I was first there many moons ago. It’s now faux fancy — for a McDonald’s) — with trendyish light fixtures and an off-coffee color scheme. The parking lot is still a weird two-level split. Besides the face lift, this McDonald’s is as good as any other in the region.
