Vape Texas has outstanding customer service… none of them are ever rude or unwilling to help people out. Their house juices are expertly made. Keep up the great work guys!

Good store, good employees. Only thing is they don’t have a wide variety of premium juices.

Love this place! their prices beat every other vape shop I have been to around Conroe-​Houston area. they’ve shown me 2 premium juices that I had never heard of; but suuuper tasty and affordable. It’s one of the first vape shops I ever went to; great at explaining things to newbies.
They carry Cosmic Fog (one of my fav juice lines) for about $ 4 cheaper than other shops around here, which is totally great. But, there are a lot of premium juice lines that are very popular among my age group that they do not sell here… hoping they will eventually add some more brands like Beard Vape Co, Juice Man, and The Originals Vape Co to the shelves.
I feel like they deserve more popularity for the quality they give. A lot of my friends from school (Lonestar College) live in Conroe; and have never even heard of them; they usually go all the way to Spring Vapor and other places that are out of their way.
Employees are also very welcoming and friendly to me and the other customers I’ve seen there. They are always willing to change coils or cotton for nothing in return; very easy going group of people. You will definitely get your money and time’s worth at Vape Texas.

I really like this store. Unlike a lot of vape shops, their house made juice is actually pretty good and affordable. They don’t have a HUGE selection of hardware, but what they do have is quality and priced reasonably. They make sure any clone products they sell are up to snuff and you won’t get duds from these guys. They know their stuff and will make sure you get what you’re looking for. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Went in for an eLeaf iStick and a replacement tank for my Nautilus mini. Even with several people working, I was not offered any assistance, and once I managed to get someone over to help me, that person had to call someone else over to find out if they even carried the tank I needed. This guy, who I assume was «in charge» informed me that they didn’t have any. When I asked about the iStick, I found out they only carried the 20w version, and they wanted over $ 50 for it. When I mentioned that typically the 20w is $ 30 or so, he told me, «I would love to cut you a deal, but I sell them all the time at that price, so…»
Went to another store in the area and picked up a 30w for $ 50, as well as the tank replacement I needed. So, with this place’s terrible customer service, bad stock, and bad prices… no reason to even waste your time.
