I took a group of 8 teenagers here tonight for my daughters birthday and the price to do rock a bowl was affordable. However, it was in the 30’s outside when I asked why it was so cold in the building they informed me the heat had not worked in over 10 years. Snack bar closed at 12 so you could not get a refill on a soda the last 2 hours, popcorn tasted horrible, music was base only no words came through the speakers, and the half the black lights did not work. It was hard for us to find balls to use as well. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff was very nice and willing to help as needed.

This bowling alley hasn’t been updated since the 80’s, so the atmosphere is interesting to say the least… All the lanes worked, but all of there bowling balls seemed to be donations, because they had weird finger grips. It was tough to grab an «average» ball. I think on certain week nights they do bowling league, so it was pretty busy in there.

This is a traditional bowling alley with no frills, but that’s nice. 50’s music on the sound system, clean playing area. The biggest complaint is that the bathrooms are REALLY in disrepair. And the sink is just dirty. I wanted a scrubby and some Comet! Very affordable and fun. They just need to care a little more about the facilities.

All I can say is that I am appalled by how poorly this supposed«business» treated my friends and me one Saturday evening. All well above the legal age to drink, we decided it would be a fun idea to knock back a few beers and bowl some games. After paying an arm-and-a-leg for several people spanned across two lanes, a few of us proceeded to buy beer at the run-down bar. At first, no one was present upon our arrival. After a while, the white trash, meth-ridden, sorry-excuse-for-a-human-life«bartender» greeted us very coldly and asked for our IDs IMMEDIATELY before we even attempted to order any beer. This initial encounter was off-putting to say the least, considering we just paid over 50 dollars for three of us to bowl(we had about 8 people total with us). She took my ID and said I was in the clear, after all, I am 28. She then took my boyfriend’s ID and began to scrutinize it in a power-trippy manner, ultimately telling him that it was a fake and that he could not buy any beer. Needless to say, we were outraged. Sh*t hit the fan when we attempted to get our money back on the bowling we hadn’t even started. The hobbit-esque man at the front counter incessantly pointed at the dingy«NOREFUNDS» sign that looked like it was written by my 6-year-old. Upon feeling robbed, we called the Conroe police in hopes that they would help to persuade these THIEVES to refund our money. When the cops arrived,(3 to be precise), they affirmed that my boyfriend’s ID was indeed legitimate and that he was well above the legal age to consume alcohol in Texas. They all agreed that it was terrible business, but there was nothing they could do since the barely visible, excuse-to-rob-people’s-money«sign» was behind the front counter. Needless to say, we felt outraged and robbed. The other half of the group we were with spent more than us, and even more in buckets of beer. We all left without our money and the satisfaction of a fun night bowling. I hope this place burns down in a fiery inferno that consumes all the white trash employees that«service» it. Disgusting scum of society.

I bowl league here. The owner and her staff are very rude. The lane conditions suck. Prices are too high at the snackbar. This is center Is outdated. Do not waste your time or money here. The only thing keeping this place making money is the leagues. There is a new bowling center being built in Conroe. When the new center is built and open I will never set foot into 300 Bowl again.

Great place to bring your family for a night out. Friendly staff and good prices. No tap tournament scheduled on the weekend. I enjoy bowling here and recommend anyone in the area to give it a try.

Poor customer service and horrible management. Run down and dingy. Find another alley if you can.

We went for a friends birthday party and had a blast. We are in our late 30’s and the place took us back to our teenage years with its crazy retro bowling alley charm. Owners, staff, management made sure we had fun. Cold beer on tap(cheap) and whatever music we recommended, they were happy to play! We normally go to Woodlands and spend upwards of $ 250 for 4 hrs of bowling, drinks & food. We were able to bowl, drink and snack all for less than $ 65. Saturday night 10 – 2 not busy at all! Maybe our new hangout spot. Equipment is not the best, but we are not serious bowlers, so it hardly was noticed.

I had a little get together here with some friends for my partner’s birthday. We had a really good time and it was cheaper then AMF in The Woodlands. I will admit that it has the classic bowling ally smell but I was comfortable. The only thing that was sort of a negative was that the owner told us that he closes early if there isn’t enough people bowling, so our get together would have ended early if not for more people showing up. Anyway, I plan to go again and if you do check out their website for coupons and specials.

If you are going bowling, I feel like it should be in a dingy, smokey, bowling alley with a big bar, half-decent food and lots of people playing pool/arcade games. The last time I went to 300 bowl, I was sorely disappointed. It was too bright, no smoking at all and full of adolescent drama queens(and kings). I just felt awkward. I would suggest going to a more adult venue if you are looking for the classic, not so good-clean fun atmosphere if you enjoy bowling and are over the age of 21.

I hadn’t been bowling in AGES, so Eric and I went. It’s odd, because the place looks somewhat ghetto/run-down, but they have some bowling satellite radio station playing and computerized automated scorekeeping. I whooped Eric’s ass, 2 out of 3 games, just in case you were wondering. ;) We got a pitcher of Bud Light for $ 6, I think it was. They also had some video games, including Ms. Pac Man! Which I also whooped Eric’s ass on. This is such a great little place, I had fun and felt like I was on a 80s-style date. Bowling AND Ms. Pac Man? Totally Awesome!
