Tender Touch

I love Tender Touch III, I travel about 20 miles to have Tammy do my nails. I have never had a problem. It is very clean and they are conscious of all equipment being clean and sanitary. I have been going there for approximately 5 ½ years. There is many nail techs available, all are excellent. Never have to wait. Love it, Love it

I have been going to Tender Touch III for over a year and ½ now, this nail salon is the cleanest, nicest place I have ever been too! Everyone that works there is very nice and I have a wonderful experience each and every time I go get my mani/​pedi there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Conroe. I live in Willis and still go to Conroe to Tender Touch III to have my mani/pedi’s there. The choices and prices are very good, and the work that they do is OUTSTANDING! I always have the best time relaxing in the nice big chairs for my pedicures and it is always clean and I have never had a bad experience there. I love the people that own it and I also love and care so much for the girls and guys that work there. If you want to be treated like a Queen or King, this is the place to go. I have my toes and nails done about every 3 weeks because they grow so fast… I always am a happy, relaxed women when I leave there. I call it my «ME» time.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Keep up the good work!

I have lived in Montgomery for a year and have been coming to this place ever since. The owner and all the staff are ALWAYS more than pleasant and helpful. Perfect example yesterday I went for a pedicure and on the way home I messed one of my toes up. Today I went in not only did they fix the one toe but she repainted everything, clear coated everything and didn’t charge me a dime. Love them !

I really wanted to like this place. It’s a beautiful salon and nice friendly staff. Unfortunately the work left me in pain for a few days. I had my nails done by the owner and he cut three of my fingers! I’m work with my hands so you can imagine how painful it was for me. The nails were not shaped to fit the size of my hands and were cut way too short. Once he cut there was not much left to say. They were really nice but their skills are lacking. I paid $ 55 for a full set and still got cut 3 times. Not worth it at all.

I walked in & asked for a refill & a pedicure. I got the deluxe pedi for $ 37 & left with ridges in my polish & rough dry skin on the bottom of my feet. They gave me paper shoes after I told them I had flip flops & rushed me to the dryer & to pay. At this point I wasn’t going to get a refill but let the guy behind the counter know I had asked for one. There is nothing more aggravating than asking for a service & being ignored. My time is valuable & my money is green. Do not recommend & will not be back.

I’ve been here three times in the past month and a half for a full set and each time the price has jumped up. It was 35 then 42 now 55!!! When I asked why they said to call back and wrote the name David on a business card. Seriously?! Needless to say I will not be back. They’ve now lost my business and from looking at my nails in the sun you can see where they ground my nails too far.

Stay away …
After 2 years of going to this salon, watching it go from wonderful management and a great staff to poor management a new owner, who is the worst person in the world! She literally looked satanic when my 4 year old son went to get a lollipop! Anyways, the service here is rushed now, the quality has gone down from 2 years ago, even the sanitation. I only stayed for so long because of Henni, the best nail ARTIST ever, multiple times she would re-​clean what should have been cleaned already, thank you Henni! This is art. Talented people that make a salon what it is, not shiny floors or tv’s. Anyways if you end up here and find your self unhappy go about a block down or contact me and I’ll give you her info personally.

I felt very rushed at this location. It’s was nice inside and my gel mani turned out about average. I do wish my girl would have talked to me a little more but all in all not to bad. I will probably stop in her again do to it being next door to my favorite grocery store. But if I’m spending a day to treat me this isn’t my spot

I wish I could give it less than one star. My daughter came home crying from this place. Turns out that the guy who did her nails started yelling at her and telling her to get the F out of his way and never come back to him to get her nails done. Why, because she asked him to fix one of her nails that he had just finished doing.
TO THE OWNER: If this is how you allow your staff to treat your clients, then you should close your doors now.

I will probably never step foot in here again. I felt rushed… and so did the technician since she was on a timer for my pedicure. As was everybody else. I came in for a full set and pedicure, a woman came in after me and is done with both… And they haven’t even started my full set. I know she got the exact same thing as me since she is one of my friends. And the guy running the place is a bit rude. I don’t expect them to spend hours on my pedicure, but I also don’t expect to be rushed by a timer. The timer went off and my technician wasn’t even able to finish my pedicure so they put my polish on and sent me on my way. It took so long for them to try to start my full set I had to not get them and I will now have to go back and get them done.
There are plenty of other great nail salons around and I think I’ll be using those.
