I was up in Conroe, visiting a friend. I stopped in for something and got charged twice, because the card machines weren’t working. They would not fix there mistake without me traveling over 60 miles with the receipt and personal bank statement. Let’s just say I will never purchase anything in a T-​Mobile store again. All of my purchases will be made online. The staff was also very dude and disrespectful on the phone.

I went here to try to find out what options I had with my plan and left with nothing. The staff here were rude and condescending towards me. I ended up deciding to just keep what phone I had purely because I was tired of the attitude.
