Sonic Drive In

I always get consistently good food and service here!
I went and got a six piece wing (buffalo) and a tea. Firstly, and most importantly, this is the ONLY fast food place where I ALWAYS good a good tea. For all you tea lovers out there, you know how important that is. The wings were hot and fresh!
Even though they were slammed, the service was fast and I couldn’t have asked for a better lunch!
P.S the carhops are always so friendly & helpful

We stopped here for the buy one get one free wings Monday night. We ordered two six pieces, four jr. Burgers, and a small tater tot. They said our total was 27 dollars and some change. Um, what? I rang back and said that total should be more like around 12 dollars. She snapped and said for four cheeseburgers?! I said they’re jr. Burgers. I said, and did you ring wings up half price? Before I could finish my sentence, she snapped, yes! The new total was… You guessed it… 12 dollars. The order then took FOREVER to come out. The wings were cold, and they didn’t offer sauces or an apology. This sonic USED to be great. I’ll take my business down the road. Sonic’s prices have continually risen, and quality has continually dropped. I’m done with this place.

My wife and children come to this sonic quite often! The quick service and hot food is always consistent. The happy carhops are always pleasant and their wings are phenomenal! This is the best sonic in Conroe! By far. We drive here from Lake Conroe (even though there is a sonic on lake conroe) because of the spectacular service and food.

Had a horrible experience, we had a cheesecake Oreo shake and it wasn’t blended very well. The manager Laura was VERY RUDE. She treated us like we were stupid and had horrible customer service. Like her attitude caught me off guard. I didn’t understand why there was a reason for attitude. It was uncalled for. I’m sorry my shake didn’t taste like it was blended well. She didn’t have to act the way she did. I absolutely love sonic but I won’t be visiting this sonic for a while. Contacting sonic tomorrow with a recording of the incident. Like I said very uncalled for. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Abusing her power she doesn’t need. I’m hoping she is fired. Nobody needs to have an experience like this.

I love cherry lime-​ade and strawberry cream slush here! We always stop by here after church for some weird reason.

The food and service are consistently good at this Drive In. They rarely get the order wrong, but on the rare occasion that a mistake is made, they are quick to try to make amends, when it is brought to their attention. They have offered credit towards a meal on those rare occasions. The card readers located at each bay is handy, but would be more handy if they were maintained. Lately, I never know if I end up with one that is broken or damaged. Management would get props if they would make the effort to keep this equipment working well.
Furthermore, and this is a reflection on the entire Sonic franchise — not just this particular establishment — when paying with a credit/​debit card, it would be nice to be given the option of adding a tip to the carhop. In an age of little use of actual cash, these fine support staff are getting the shaft in not getting the tips they earn. It may be a minor inconvenience to management to keep those records, but so what?!? Restaurants all over the world do it for their wait staff. Sonic could, too — and SHOULD.
