I have had nothing but bad experiences at this store! First off, you can never find anyone that works there(floral department or customer service) and the line to check out is always long because they have one person working as a cashier. I don’t typically shop for food here, but I have picked up a few things out of necessity then got home to find it expired! Also, tried to grab a quick sandwich at their«fresh» sandwich bar. The lady from the bakery couldn’t find the person from the deli so she made it for me(20 mins wasted) but the food she pulled out looked to be days old. Needless to say, I paid for a sandwich I didn’t eat. I have had multiple issues with the floral department from no one being there to blow up balloons, to them wrapping a bouquet of pink and yellow flowers with red tissue paper. I ended up having to go buy pink tissue so they could wrap them nicely! I have shopped here because it’s close, but it’s worth the drive up the road to HEB even if I am in a hurry.

The checker had her hand on the scale and made the weights of all my produce ridiculous. I didn’t notice until I got home. Pay attention to the checker. Or, better yet, go west on 1488 about 0.3 miles to find a much better shopping alternative.

As a new resident I learned Randall’s is VONS and SAFEWAY back home, so I was happy to find all my favorite items like the Organics brand Italian sodas and teas. However, the lack of cashiers is the downer. I spend more time in line that shopping! This store is clean, quiet, not crowded like some of the stores found deep in The Woodlands and no scary parking lot with hobos lurking around(like in Las Vegas). Super friendly helpful service and I love those black tiny shopping carts so you don’t have to lug a heavy basket if you only have a few items to buy. Shoppers here must really love their donuts… or at least it sure does seem like it because after 3 p.m. you probably won’t find a donut in the bakery which is a bummer because my kiddos love to come here for some afternoon pick-me-ups. While I was standing in line with my cart full of groceries a sweet little old man was standing behind me with one item! So of course I told him to please get in front of me so he wouldn’t have to wait forever on me(Randall’s…this is why you need more cashiers!) So in return he helped me unload ALL of my groceries on the coveyer belt. What? That’s sweet! A Starbucks and Coinstar is also located inside. The last time I dumped my coins at a Coinstar I cashed out at $ 147. So bring in your loose change!

Never shop here I purchased some Greek yogurt and chocolate protein drinks and they were expired! They have a poor selection of produce and a very small selection of organic foods. I will never shop here again.

I hate to get on the bandwagon about Randall’s but I was going to write this review last night and chose another business in the same strip center. This Randall’s is listed twice for some reason but customers need to know the problems here. Regina F is so right about expired food in this Randall’s. This Randall’s is on the far northern end of The Woodlands. I have business that takes me very close to this shopping center. Unfortunately EVER time I go in there I always find expired food. Y’all not just one item but usually several expired items. It could be tortillas, bread, soda(yes soda has expiration dates) health food(now just how healthy is that?) or dozens of other items. I’m at the point of being tired of looking for an employee to tell. Sometimes I’ll just pull out the expired food and leave it on the floor or display to help them out. I hope the Randall’s manager reads this. You are Loosing Customers! Please check your inventory everyday! This Randall’s has lost my business also. Shopping at the HEB2 blocks away on 1488. The only positive attribute are the friendly cashiers usually.
