Nobody is here and it’s soooooooo slow. Last two orders waited 10 minutes each. I’m still waiting for my food.

I’ve eaten at several locations and still don’t understand why people think this place is so amazing. If it wasn’t for the sauce then nothing would have any flavor at all. I’ve also had issues with this location for wait times at the drive thru, not due to vehicles in front of me but just slow service. And we’ve also had issues getting all of our meals given to us. I think that this is one of those places that people like in college, or are told that it’s amazing, so they just can’t quite give it up.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I come here at least once a week. The staff is always so friendly and their fun décor I love! Food is always hot and fresh and doesn’t take forever to get it. They keep the place very clean!

This is the first location that left me unimpressed. The first time I received less than great food, I figured maybe it was the time of day, but the past 3 times I’ve gone haven’t been good at all. While the staff is always friendly, the food was horrible. I have consistently received cold and soggy fries and toast. And this last time that included my chicken. I really think it’s just this location because every other location I’ve been too have been really good about making sure the food is hot and fresh. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because of the staff being very friendly. Other than that, the food deserves less than one star. Save yourself the trouble of wasted money and just go to Chik-​fil-​A up the road.

I absolutely love Cane’s. This location is 6 blocks from my house, and I was so excited when it was opened. I had always going to the location in The Woodlands, and was very pleased with everything, so I thought they were all trained alike. WRONG! This crew in Conroe could not care less about their customers. They were screaming, laughing and talking extremely loudly, and never once greeted anyone when they came in or left. They played heavy metal music extremely loud, and every table needed to be bussed while they were playing. I went 3 separate times, trying to give them a chance to change, but it was always the same. The staff is untrained in manners and how to run a restaurant efficiently. Thus, when we want Cane’s we go back to The Woodlands where we are always greeted cordially, it’s clean, and the music is soft, making eating a pleasure.

Friendly staff, great chicken strips and nice dining room. A couple of suggestions… move the ice tea condiments out of the corner. Big dining room with everyone crowding in to one little corner to get straws, lids, sweeteners and napkins…

Great chicken! They only have a couple menu options, but if you like chicken… This is your place! Tea is also good! They have great crinkle cut fries with their meals and their sauce is awesome!

Raising Canes is fast food, but I love it!
Chicken is soft, fries are crinkly, bread is cheesy, sauce is tangy, and that sweet tea is bangin’.
These are what cheat days are made of.
Newish location, I’m glad to see it in Conroe!
Don’t go too often though or you’ll be rising on the scale. ;)

I. Love. Canes. Everything here is amazing every time. I like that whoever is in charge of hiring isn’t afraid to hire people with piercings and different hair colors. It’s nice seeing management not so up tight! :]

Asked for the 4 piece tenders box, opened it and only found 3 small very oily tenders. Was too far to go back and complain. But while eating the fries halfway did I found the rest to be hard and cold. Wouldn’t bother going back. Hartz’s chicken is WAY much better than that. Gives you bigger, juicy tenders with a side, a cup of gravy, a roll, and drink for about the same price.

It’s great we have now a Canes in Conroe, but if the service was at least half the fast and good as in The Woodlands, it would be great. Very slow service, very dirty tables and chairs. The 2 girls working at the front seems as they don’t want to be here. Not even a smile or how are you doing. Costumer service much better at the chick-​fil-​a around the corner. Floors dirty too.
Food good. Fries good but half portions of what is supose to be.
To me it looks as lack of training. Plenty of people out there looking for a job.

Location is good.
Service is good.
But the food is lacking. And a little on the high side.
For 3 tiny chicken fingers and a handful of heavily salted fries and a drink for $ 7.50 is just a bit high.
If the fingers were a little bigger or more flavorful I guess it would be okay but I just don’t understand the hype.
Sadly the only thing I would really come back for is the sweet tea.

This place is good if you want chicken strips. or chicken strips, or chicken strips. I think they also have a chicken sandwich. Our serivce was great, the kids loved it.
