My Kid’s Dentist & Orthodontics

Second time with kid she loves the place. Things have changed allot towards kids dentistry since I grew up. This place does it right and it is designed great for kids from the waiting room to exam rooms. Everyone we have dealt with are as nice as could be. Both times we were in and out no problems.

I love this office! They are very professional and accommodating! ! The office staff is wonderful with my son and we really like Dr Ayres!

Poor performance by the staff. I arrived on time for my appointment. After waiting for 10 min. the office assistant said my insurance had designated a different dentist for me and I would need to call them to have it changed. She said that my kids could go ahead and get started but I should go ahead and call them. After talking on the phone for 15 min. While trying to watch my 2 kids in their tiny area I got the insurance to designate them as my dentist. I asked the office assistant why my kids hadn’t started yet and she said because they were waiting for me. Five minutes later they finally took my daughter. Then when it was my toddlers turn, they brought him into a room with lots of things he shouldn’t touch and made him wait another 5 min. He kept trying to grab wires or run out the door. The assistant said, «You might just have to hold him until the dentist comes.» Really? Like the dentist can’t wait 10 seconds for me to scoop him up and bring him to that room? Then they said my daughter has a cavity and they aren’t sure how deep it is but if it turns out to be a little deeper than it shows on the X-​ray they would have to do a root canal and give her a silver filling because they don’t offer white fillings. I would only get a white filling for my daughter if I had to get one. Not impressed.

Dr. Siegel and his team are amazing!!! They were very sweet and patient with my four year old son. I highly recommend them to everyone!

We love the whole practice, they are super gentle with the kids and my kids live coming to see the dentist
