FANTASTIC! Is the only word that describes the professionalism and dedication of Mitch Cohn. Unlike other contractors in the area that will do a mediocre job, Mitch has far surpass my expectations!
Brief story, I belong to an HOA and let’s say, they are very straight stick and hard to deal with. I sent many contractors to take care of some issues regarding my property, mostly exterior cosmetic. Each time the contractor completed the work, I received a call from the HOA, as I am out of town and they complained that the work was not done to their standards. This went on for a few weeks until I found Mitch (a Godsend). He was thorough and honest and explained in detail what he can and cannot do. He did not try to sell a pipe dream, but told me exactly what will be done. Mitch even went as far as breaking down the cost of the materials to me over the phone. He did not have to do that, but he did as I am out of town and un-​like many contractors, that were less than honest, Mitch was honest.
Let me digress, finally, the HOA called me with the status of the work that Mitch completed and their first words were «FANTASTIC». It was like I hit the lotto! The work was done in the time I requested and met all specifications for the HOA.
I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and Family!
