Malibu Nails & Spa

I will never go back. I went in had a manicure and pedicure. The tech was totally distracted and engrossed in the conversations that were going on. Finally it was over and I left. The next day the polish started chipping off on my hands and feet. I waited 2 more days and went back and showed them what had occurred. They did agree to fix but were clearly irritated, huffing, eye rolling etc. In fact one operator started removing and re-​polishing my toe nails & suddenly got up and another one came to finish. After my nails were done she got up and walked away before applying a top coat. I waited for 10 minutes thinking she was going to come back, then I asked if someone could apply a top coat. Yes someone did but they were clearly giving me the business.
I asked for the owner and was told she was at the other shop across the freeway so I drove over there. She could not have been less concerned. I’ll never go back and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I will not spend another dime in any Malibu Nail Salon. The one in front of Kohls waxed my brows while barely looking @ them in a dimly lit room $ 10.
The one near Olive Garden charged me $ 52 for a pedicure. The ‘menu’ clearly said $ 33 (black ink) in light pink coloring… oh no in the navy coloring written in black ink $ 49. hhmm… doesn’t explain why it was $ 52 tho… had to leave. never to return
the one on 105W near Sams Boat was the biggest rip off of them all.
None of the salons speak English. Their work is ‘acceptable’ @ best. The experience is intolerable.
