The most unprofessional place you can ever find. These people don’t know anything about how to run a business. Not surprisingly their other branch on the west side of 242 recently was closed and they are consolidating everything in the location on the east side of 242. Every time I have entered this place, it is totally empty. Massage tables are empty. Pedicure chairs are empty. I liked Andrea, their hairdresser until she stood me up. I went there in person one afternoon and asked her for an appointment for next day. She gave me an appointment for 10am next day. At 10am next day, when I showed up other than two construction workers nobody else was there. They found the manager. Manager left a message for her and an hour later she called to tell me she was sorry that she mixed the dates up. And that was the end of it. Needless to say, I am not going to go there anymore.

I’ve been trying to contact the owner by phone but there is no answer ?? I bought my Fiancé a gift certificate for a foot massage but when she arrived there were three ladies doing each other’s nails obviously worked there they tell my fiancé that she had to have an appointment but if she paid for a manicure and pedicure they could get her right in ??? Seriously ?? No where does it say an appointment must be made and the front of your establishment says no appointment necessary walkins Welcome ! I’m expecting someone to contact me asap to get this issue fixed I paid for a service and was refused that service

Kayla is a very patient stylist. She will do what you want without over processing your hair. This salon is very family oriented and all of the staff is friendly. They don’t talk bad about you under their breath… if you know what I mean! :)
