Great Job! I had gone to another business to get my front brake pads replaced and was told that it was going to cost $ 600+. Later the same day I went to Firestone and was able to get my front brake pads replaced and an alignment for $ 210 after using a $ 60 coupon for standard brake pads. They were quick and friendly and I would go back again.

Terrible service!!! I arrived at 7:55 for a 8am apt. At 8:40 they finally pulled my truck in for the alignment. After almost an hour they tell me they can’t do the alignment at 8:50 because of my wheels(I have life time alignment and they have aligned it 4 times before with the same wheels and tires) will not fit in their machine. They said I would need to go down to their shop on 242. How would something change and make it unable to align after 10,000 miles? I guess I will suck it up and start going to a real shop after this. This place is the reason all the other chains have such a bad name. P. S. Lady came in with a loud squeaking noise happening when she would start up and these guys had no idea what would be causing it and wouldn’t touch unless they could duplicate the issue. Never even mentioned a belt or pulley.

I took my car in to Gabriel and John at Firestone and I had a great experience. After taking my car to the local Hyundai dealership in Conroe and getting qouted an outragious amount of money for a simple repair, I decided to get a qoute from Firestone. They were able to do my altenator repair within 4 hours and their price was $ 450 cheaper than that of the dealership. They had great followup and they were even nice enough to park our vehicle in the garage over night since we could not pick up our car until the next day. It isn’t the biggest, newest, or shiniest facility but the guys that work there do a great job.
