Once again my family tried to send a package to our family who lives in Huntsville, TX. The issue is the FedEx driver cannot find the house. The address is clearly marked. The house is the very last one on the street where the FedEx truck always turns around. If you call FedEx the CSM will ask if it is a new house and of course it has only been there since 1977. So if you ship anything to anyone in Huntsville be sure you go way overboard with directions, multiple phone numbers, land marks, longitude & latitude info. Anything extra that will help identify your home.
And after all of that they probably will still be looking for it.
