I contacted the dealership early in the morning looking to purchase a vehicle that day. I spoke to Steve who is apparently a manager there and was told that I would be given a great deal and the ride from my location would be well worth the hour and thirty minute drive. After arriving to the dealership I waited to see Steve for about 20 minutes. When I was approached by Steve I was told hey sorry I am too busy to help you let me get you someone who can help. The salesman who was assigned to help me was not very helpful too he was rude with a British accent. While test driving the vehicle I informed him that I had two other vehicles and was interested in purchasing a brand new Jeep Patriot. The salesman then told me that the vehicle itself was only sold at sticker price and he was not able to work out anything on the sticker price. After a few minutes of negotiating he stated you’re better off going to another dealership I cannot help you. I asked him to go down $ 200 from the sticker price and I would purchase the vehicle from him and get the vehicle financed through DeMontrond. I was then told to wait while he came back the wait ended up being approximate 30 minutes. I was then approached very aggressively by Steve and his salesperson and told that the vehicle that we had been negotiating for and the vehicle I was told was available before I drove an hour and a half to this rip off of a dealership was no longer available. The manager Steve then stated the vehicle that we had been negotiating on the vehicle that is listed online on their website and has been listed was no longer available because it was sold in a raffle. He then said he was sorry and then told me THEPAYINGCUSTOMERTHANKSFORWASTINGMYTIME!!! So with that being said i told him to go f*** himself i am going to reach out to anyone i can this place is a joke!!! Do not waste your time or money and I will personally be reaching out to Chrysler and filing a complaint on the dealership and Steve himself. If I am going to spend 18000 on a vehicle I should not be treated this way no one should be treated this way I am extremely offended and feel disrespected as a customer the only reason I am giving one star is because they do not have the option for no stars.
