These guys do a good job. Service reps are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair. Dealership has a small town feel. Highly recommend!

I have a new 2013 Honda CBR500RAABS and brought my bike to Cycle Shack North for the 600 mile oil change and valve check. The valve check is a very labor intensive, involved service that I was hesitant to entrust to the shop where I had originally purchased my bike: Stubbs Honda off of Telephone Road and 610 in Houston. Number one it is way too far from where I live in The Woodlands. Number two most of their staff have a bad attitude and the finance manager should be investigated for fraudulent business practices. But I digress… I had visited Cycle Shack North to check the place out prior to my first service and to buy some new gloves. I visited the service department at the time and was very impressed. A service technician was in the middle of a valve check/adjustment of a new CBR500. The service department was clean, neat and well-organized. I was impressed with how the bike parts(fairings, gas tank, etc.) were carefully arranged near the bike and were placed on mats to protect from scratches. I knew at that point that I had found the service department for my bike. I dropped my bike off at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning and was preparing to wait for over five hours(the engine has to cool down prior to beginning the valve service) in the waiting area due to the fact that I didn’t have a ride back to my house. Mike, the service manager graciously offered to arrange a ride for me back to my house and Kevin, a very courteous and professional employee brought me back to my house so I wouldn’t be tied up at the dealership all day. It gets better. Mike called me at 4 pm and said that my bike was ready and that Kevin would trailer it to my house if I wanted. I was very impressed with this and took him up on his offer. Cycle Shack North will have all of my service business on my bike and I plan on purchasing a mini dirt bike for my five year nephew from there this Christmas. I have a lot of respect for the sales staff, service staff, and the parts staff I have interacted with at Cycle Sports North. This is how all businesses should be run.
