Boone’s Landscaping

Boone and his team did great work for my wife and I. They did some landscaping work as well as taking a tree down. Everything was fast and professional, and the prices were very reasonable as well. Will definitely work with them again!

On time, friendly, well seasoned in their trade. Boone wowed me with his punctuality and his knowledge of plant materials. I could tell during our initial meeting that he knew what he was doing. He sold himself well. He spent nearly an hour walking over my property and explaining to me in vivid details his suggestions. Along the way, he took the time to search his phone for images of the plants he would describe. He took tentative notes and even provided a quote before he left. This is what I call superior service. In the past I have always had to babysit and follow up with contractors and practically throw myself at them to get them to give me a quote. With Boone, I was relieved of this task. I still got 2 other quotes, but ended up going with Boone’s Landscaping. He delivered quality across the board from start to finish. I can not speak for some of the other reviews I see on his Unilocal page, but the efforts and follow through that I experienced are night and day from these negative posts. Its hard to imagine we are talking about the same individual.

They offer a free quote. The key word here is «offer» — they don’t actually provide one. They sent their receptionist out to take pictures, and that’s the last I’ve heard from them. I’ve called four times asking about a quote for the work I needed done, and they always promise a quote but never send one. It’s been four months now. If this is how they treat people who are wanting to hire them, God help the people who actually do hire them.

Terrible experience. Paid them $ 7,000 for landscaping and irrigation and it was very poor work. I had to pay an irrigation company another $ 300 to correct the work they did on my irrigation. I would never recommend this company!
