Absolutely terrible. The facility isn’t the best, not bad, but most storage buildings are better. The issue with this place is the thoroughly unprofessional staff, the «manager» Lori. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I would sooner set my belongings ablaze than give that place one dime of my money. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.

Horrible service and Very rude. They bill and expect payment a week after the bill is sent out. If you don’t, they charge a late fee, even if the bill was paid with a month. Then, they charge a late fee in the late fee if you don’t pay it. When you call to clear it up they make excuses and make it sound like it is your fault for not paying the bill. The manager never returns phone calls, she just leaves the unhelpful staff to take calls. I would give them a zero if I could. I would leave but moving is a pain. I will be leaving shortly now due to the horrible service.
