This no-​frills place is big on service and reasonable on your wallet. Knowing that everyone wants their computer back the same day, Darren makes every effort to have you back on the internet before you can say gigabyte.

Got a computer problem? 60 dollars… Virus? 60 dollars… Computer needs reformat and re-​install to factory settings? 60 dollars… Most fixes cost more than what should be priced. I know this first hand because my husband works for a company in an IT dept. Most computer issues take 5 mins to fix but this place doesn’t tell you that. I’ve called to see how much it costs for a reinstallation of software on my laptop just to see how much they were charging. yup 60 dollars for something that takes 20 minutes to do with only 4 clicks of your mouse!

Darren Schultz knows computers, but he’s not one of those RAMier-​than-​thou IT guys that treats you like an idiot when you go into his store with a sick computer. His approach is as straightforward and no-​frills as the little office he operates his business from. He is great at maintaining contact with his customers and explaining what’s needed to get their computers up and running again. There are no hidden costs and no upsells… bottom line, I wouldn’t take my computer anywhere else.
