We go here every week! Great atmosphere, good drinks, and awesome food. I love the wings! Wing night is on Wednesday. I have also has several sanwiches, pizza, and the steak tips. I have never been dissapointed. Great place to hang out!

This is a small place but the environment is really nice. The good is good and the drinks are not that expensive I recommend it.

Stopped last night for dinner with friends. I ordered fish and chips, which was ok but they didn’t have malt vinegar. My wife tried to order the spinach ricotta pizza– they were out of ricotta. She then asked for a meatball sub-they were out of meatballs. She settled for a taco pizza but the sauce they used on it was marinara. Not sure if we will go back, as this was an underwhelming experience

Went to Lynn’s Pub and Grill earlier today with a friend of mine. She had found it via the internet as a place to go in Connellsville for lunch.(She’s biking from Pgh, PA to Cumberland, MD). I picked her up at the trailhead and we drove to the location. She is used to biking in Pgh and her comment as we drove was that it would have been easily bike-able for her(YMMV) The bartender, Brian, was very quick to greet us after we figured out where we wanted to sit(at a table…) He suggested the gumbo as being very tasty, a little spicy, but not really spicy. We both got that. I found the statement to be accurate. I think I would have liked a little heavier kick in retrospect, but didn’t think to ask for hot sauce or anything to modify it. The heat does build slightly as you eat it. My friend got the burger and by all accounts seemed to be pleased with it. I don’t recall her being asked how she wanted it cooked. Based on an earlier review, I went with the Garbage Wings. It is 3 of the other sauces combined: a homemade hot sauce(made by Brian in fact), a ranch flavored one and something else. They were AMAZING. They are a mix of one and two bone wings. They might seem a little skimpy initially, but they are MEATY. There is not a lot of breading taking up space or anything like that. We both had beer. Brian suggested the Chainbreaker White IPA as a good beer for the day. My friend went with that. I asked if they had any stouts, but ended up at the beer cooler with him and decided on the Left Handed Sawtooth Nitro instead(he was digging into the back of the cooler for a stout for me). Perused the menu again later to make sure that there was stuff for Veggie friends should we ever come again. The answer to that is yes :) There is Thai Peanut Sauce Shrimp wrap that sounds really good. He said that the Thai Peanut Sauce is handmade by the cook(Anthony? Tony?) in a two day process. He starts with peanuts and makes them into peanut butter on day 1 :) There is also a veggie wrap/sandwich as well. Definitely going back at some point. It was a really cool place to hang out in for a couple of hours.

i can’t believe i never reviewed this place. i don’t usually remember to check in when i’m outside of pittsburgh but i can be found at lynn’s most nights of the week. first of all, to anyone that has been here in the past but not recently, you’re in for a surprise. they’re renovating the whole place. so far, they have a new roof and a beautiful patio. new bathrooms, new bartop, and possibly new parking lot are next. lynn’s kitchen opens at 11am and let me tell you, this place is great for lunch all the way to last call. the food here is AWESOME! everybody has their own favorites, for instance i’m not too hot on their pizza but it’s very popular. however, the food in general is ten times better than you would expect from a little dive bar in south connellsville. they even have friday specials every week that are usually pretty fancy. wednesday is their wing night, and if i could recommend only one thing on the menu, it’d be the garbage wing sauce. spicy, a little creamy, let me tell you, it’s worth a try. late night can be hit or miss. sunday-wednesday sometimes will be dead and they’ll close as early as 11, thursday-saturday sometimes will be so busy there won’t even be a free seat. beer cooler and a few taps give enough selection when fully stocked that there’s something for everyone, certainly. the best part of lynn’s though is the lynn’s family. i’ve been going here since i turned 21 and i’ve made some of my best friends here. the regulars all know each other and know how to have a good time. but the bartenders are attentive to everyone, so don’t worry if it’s your first time and on a busy night. in my opinion, the most fun bar to hang out at in connellsville, and certainly the best food you’re going to find at such a small place.

Very surprised by the beer and liquor selection here and the interior décor. They serve Boont here. Don’t let the outside fool you. Good food too.
