Qdoba Mexican Grill

Totally gross facility. Trash in the food prep area and all over the floor. Grim on soda dispenser that appears to have been there for a long time. Would not go eat there again. Bathroom gross too. Dining area very dirty too.

Places is clean and well kept they definitely take pride in the dinning area…
Employees friendly and helpful kept line moving quickly during lunch…
Only complaint was chicken was overcooked and new queso tasted old or something. . Would have asked for something different but was already on 285 headed home.
Prob just a one time mistake but did ruin my linch

A common trend here is to be out of key ingredients during lunch and dinner hours. I went here for dinner the day before Thanksgiving… the line was long and once I got to the front they were out of steak, guacomole, lettuce, chips, and nearly out of cheese too. Not a good experience. To top it off, the staff was rude and asking people to step out of line after they waited so long to determine what else they would want to eat since no more food was being prepared by the four behind the counter.
I went back for another shot this week during lunch and they were running low on black beans and chicken. The server scaped the bottom of each and tried to serve me the ¹⁄₃ portions of each. The chicken looked dry and burnt so I left without eating.

My wife and I decided to go here one night after work, worst place to eat for the price. I’m a local and I’ve been to alot of qdobas before, but this was the first time here. The staff seemed very rude and super dumb when taking our order. First off, they were out of pulled pork, and this was on a Friday on Labor Day weekend, so my wife switched it to steak, then they asked what I wanted on mine and made my wife’s burrito, luckily we have the same taste on a lot of things, they forgot what kind of meat I wanted, after I told them 2 minutes previous, and the burritos were half the size of the normal ones at any other Qdoba, it seemed like they would rather give half spoonful than make more stuff in the back, like rice. When I ate mine the guacamole had way too much lemon juice, the chicken was crunchy or had a bunch of fat in it, and the burrito, at the end, tasted like there was old grease scraped off a grill and shoved in my burrito. It tasted so bad that I puked, so at the «low» price of $ 7.00 I got to poop in reverse. YAY… Stay away from this place.

Best food on the mountain, always GREAT food, FANTASTIC SERVICE, very consistent and tasty!

The food is always fresh, always tasty. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Have eaten here plenty, even more take out and have NEVER had a cold burrito? Or been disappointed with the food or service. This place is my default eatery at home.

Update: Something has changed. I ate daily at Qdoba for about three months while updating a home in Conifer. However, if I eat the same thing at the same restaurant, I get reflux. Doesn’t happen at Chipotle. I went a couple of times and switched up the ingredients and figured out that something is on or in the Chicken that is tearing up my stomach.
I have been to many Qdobas over the years, but I have to say that this one is the best by far. The staff is super-​friendly and they go out of their way to make sure that people are happy.
Qdoba is still good tasting everywhere, but this one brings that «home town» feeling of a small restaurant, combined with the wonderful flavors of Q.
