This is the newest and most upscale state store in Delaware County. It complements the Acme next door which is also the nicest in Delco. I am a bit surprised that some of the chilled wine bottles have to be laid down on their side. The store has a public restroom and water fountain though which is a plus.

I have been going to this place for a few times and have found some spirit ‘deals’ to be cheaper than going to Total Wine. The wine collection is modest, but have found some good ones. PLEASENOTE: the timings listed on this site is incorrect. They are open 9 – 9 M-Sat, but are open only 9 – 5 on Sundays vs. that listed as 11 – 7 on all days. The folks here are very nice and helpful.

What can I say… this is basic spirits store. Has what I need and service is fine.

This is a really great shop. There are wine and spirits tastings every Friday. Everyone who works here is really nice and willing to chat for a minute or two. There are lots of sales going on.

Found this as I was driving on Route 1 from Delaware after going to the shooting range, and worried that I would have to drive all the way to Media in the middle of the afternoon traffic jam. So all of a sudden I end up this non-descript Concordville Town Center and in minute letters four levels under the Home Depot sign I see«Fine Wines & Good Spirits… Yeehaaa! First the shopping center. Concordville is one of those fake«town centers» nestled in the nowhere land of suburban sprawl between Philadelphia and Wilmington. No, it’s not a town center. There is no town. There are no houses. Just a collection of stores. The only way to get there is do drive an interminable access road where pedestrians are nowhere to be found, only to enter this gargantuan strip mall that is more like a maze, with fake pedestrian-friendly cobblestone alleys where pedestrians never go. The Wines and Spirits store is on the Northeast corner of the maze. This is probably the nicest and most modern Wine and Spirits shop in most of Pennsylvania’s vast wine monopoly. It almost makes up for the medieval nature of the Commonwealth’s liquor laws. Upscale, clean, super friendly and well stocked. Their selections are almost like those of a normal state. A special selection in a climate controlled space for those wines costing over a hundred dollars to the five digits. The store also features a special collection of Reposado tequilas and other hard booze from the cheap to the upscale. The place to go if you’re in this area.
