Made an appointment today at 3:30 for a wiring installation on my Range Rover. Two hours prior to me arriving to the appointment the technician calls me and tells me he can’t do it because he’s going home at 3:30 and won’t stay to honor appointment! So, what good are appointments? The technician blamed it all on the customer service represenative that booked me for the service. Never dealing with these folks again!

I had a great experience with the Concord location. I reserved a van ahead of time by phone. The van was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. The staff was friendly and super accommodating when I called them after picking up the van and explained that I needed it for a couple of hours beyond what I had reserved it for. They extended my rental happily, with no additional charge.
