«TITLE has changed my life! It’s given me that DIFFERENT type of workout that’s perfect for me. Unlike a traditional gym, TITLE creates an extremely focused atmosphere on self improvement, personal goals, heath and well being — in addition to developing a family-​style culture within its members. Tons of fun, many new friends, combined with a kick ass workout delivered by trainers that are so personal and so much fun — how could someone not love this place? Always looking forward to the next work out — as they’re always different from trainer to trainer. Such a great health and fitness outlet for our community.»

This place is the best! The staff, trainers, and fellow members are SO nice and supportive. No matter what your fitness level is you feel comfortable and confident while you’re there. The club itself is really gorgeous. Always clean and there are motivational sayings all over the place. I do not have a bad thing to say about it! Your first class is always free which is great too! You will need to buy wraps though ($ 10) so be prepared for that, but they have gloves you can borrow.

«Great workout /​fantastic trainers. There’s no intimidating ‘going to the gym’ feeling. The facility is clean and the music gets you moving! The atmosphere and people are very welcoming, and I actually look forward to going to Title, have partnered up with a friend and already invited another friend who has since joined as well. One of the trainers (Corey), just added a HIIT class that I tried today and it was very challenging, but fun. I felt great after (despite the soreness), and look forward to adding this new element to my weekly routine. So glad I joined. »

Extremely impressed with this company and staff. Had my first free shot with Colin. He was so helpful over the phone and his enthusiasm was contagious. His kickboxing class was phenomenal, the combo of cardio and core was amazing and I have never felt so motivated and challenged before. I went two more days in a row and continued to be wowed by the helpfulness and friendliness of staff and patrons. I wish I lived closer to a location so I could go everyday. Definitely recommend!
