I love this place! I have been a Tenant for since Oct of 2012 and I wouldn’t live anywhere else.
The management staff is super friendly. When something broken, it gets fixed quickly and if they need to order something (Like refrigerator parts), they keep you updated as to when it will arrive and when you can expect it fixed.
This complex is super clean, we’ve had no issues with pests since I have lived here.
The one downside to the complex is there is no guest parking, but that is okay usually for my guests!
