Sloooowww. Not busy at all yet had to wait a long time to get our food. Waitress was pleasant enough. Only came here because it was my daughter’s pick, she had never been. Now she’s grounded! !! Lol

Went on Saturday afternoon. Never been to any of tgi Friday’s locations. We were quickly greeted and seated. The atmosphere was odd. We couldn’t understand exactly what theme the restaurant was going for. The music seemed a bit loud and reminded me of being in Abercrombie. The menu seemed a little limited. There were many choices but most included special mayos or combinations that just didn’t excite me. We ordered our food and it was very good when we finally received it. It took a while for it to get to us even though they were not very busy. The amount of French fries was lacking but overall a decent meal. I do not think we would return for food. The bar area may be more enjoyable and we would consider checking that out.

My Fiancé and I stopped in for a quick lunch while I was on break from work. We sat at the bar, and the two bartenders were quick to greet us and get out drinks. They were very up beat and friendly even though they seemed pretty busy! We ordered some burgers which were delicious of course and I made it back to work in time. Well done ladies! We’ll be back.

It must have been an off night because we sat in the lounge area as it was open seating and sat there for 20 minutes and were not served. The bar/lounge area was not busy as at all and we could see plenty of wait staff in the back but they couldn’t be bothered with doing their jobs as they had more important things to do such as flirt with other waiters and waitresses. I usually frequent this establishment as it is open late and with my girlfriends schedule when we want to go out for dinner it’s late but after this experience i will not be going there for a very long time.

Never any issues! One of my all time favorite restaurants to go to and hang out at. Great food all around, great mixed drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, and great environment. The servers are always friendly, and our most recent waitress was Krystal and she checked on us often to make sure we were comfortable, and she was very upbeat and happy. I’ve had a wide range of their appetizers, most of their deserts, and some of their Jack Daniel’s meals, and the only complaint is that I want more! Also, I wish every single receipt had a stripes code so I wouldn’t lose out on points. I give these guys 5 stars, and they can definitely expect to continue seeing me far too often!

We went in kinda late on a Friday night. We got seated after a little bit of a hard time finding a clean table. We got service right away. She was great but could of used a little bit of personality. The food was great. My chicken was super good which at other Friday’s it hasn’t been. The seasame jack was really good as well

Im a fan but don’t prefer this restaraunt over others. WAitstaff was friendly but i could overhear some staff in the back talking shit about customers. keep it to outside smoke breaks. Everytime i go I get the sweet potato fries even though i am positive i am allergic to them. throat swells up but they are worth it.

Host Hannah was very friendly. However, our waitress seemed to know everyone and therefore we were ignored. Twice I had to go to the bar to get a glass and ice. Manager even saw me go to bar and never came over to apologize Food was just ok… Son’s cheeseburger was great. My ribs were dry. Buffalo tenders didn’t have enough sauce but the Mac & Cheese bits were tasty. Don’t get Ck Caesar Salad at TGIF. Not the normal Caesar dressing.

Even for a chain, Friday’s isn’t all that good and I’m really sick of the way the waitstaff are forced to upsell alcohol. It’s way too loud and way too crowded(why, I have no idea) and I usually avoid the place.

Fast, friendly greet from the host. The server was very attentive to my dietary needs, showed me around the menu and asked if i had any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and the contents in the items. Food was hot and moist as it should be. The only downfall to this visit was that the foyer was warmer than actual restaurant and that they did not have any togo containers instead gave me a fry boat with aluminum foil.

Alright, so chain restaurants aren’t always the best. But, this one’s not the pits. They do a ½ price appetizers on weekdays, I believe between the hours of 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. My friends raved about the garlic parmesan wings and I tried them, boneless. Not that awesome. We went back again not too long ago and they stressed the importance of getting the bone-in type. Of course, when I go to order them, they’re out of bone-in wings. So I ordered the Spicy Thai flavor boneless wings instead. They weren’t awesome, but they weren’t bad. This whole review actually turns on how good the Island Mojito was: fantastic. They give you a small glass adorned with a big strawberry and a lime wedge. They shake up the drink then pour some in your glass and then leave the rest of the shaker next to your glass. I swear it was like getting four drinks for the price of one! In sum, this place isn’t the best when it comes to wings, but their cocktails aren’t bad at all. Also, the wait staff is very nice and they never complain, when in a group, about splitting our checks.

Hate this place. The atmosphere stinks and there are too many small children around to enjoy your dinner in the restaurant or the lounge. Each time someone insists on going here, we all regret it. Last time I sat in the lounge next to three screaming kids which totally ruins a chance to relax and unwind. There are plenty of great places with great food and atmosphere in Concord to skip this one. Try the Red Blazer on Manchester St.

I ordered the strawberry salad with mixed greens and grilled chicken. Instead I got iceberg lettuce with strawberries that had gone bad. Combined with over cooked gilled chicken this was potentially the worst meal I have had in a long time. I tried to finish it since I was hungry, but could not. My boyfriend tried some and said I should send back the dish. I admit I chickened out and just got some sweet potato fries, which are really good. The upside is the staff is friendly but then they seem to disappear when you need them. Compared to the other Friday’s in Everett, MA I have gone to recently this place is awful. Honestly if the menu says mixed greens for a salad, use mixed greens! And do not use rotten strawberries for your salads.

Okay it’s a chain, but Friday’s does a good job at giving us tasty food and drinks. I used to go to Friday’s a lot(every week) when they had the Gold Points program and I earned free food, but when the program ended at Friday’s, I was bummed and had to redeem my remaining points at other stores. They do have a new rewards program(Give Me More Stripes), every dollar spent equals one point and every 100 points equals $ 8 in free food. This Friday’s location(former site of Chili’s) on Loudon Road is a newer modern location, but the front portion of the restaurant near the front door is small and can feel crammed when there’s a wait. I’ll go to Friday’s when my group agrees on it. My menu favorites are the Jack Daniels Grill(ribs & chicken), green bean fries, pecan crusted chicken salad, and brownie obsession for dessert. For smaller appetites, Friday’s also has a Right Portion Right Price menu($ 5.99-$ 9.99) which my folks enjoy when we eat here. When Friday’s offers their 3 Course Combos(appetizer, entrée, dessert) for a good price, I’m so all over it, and I get to try new menu offerings. Most of the food on the menu is very fattening, but tastes pretty darn good. The service here is usually pretty good.
