Me and Tart Outlet are getting married, I love it so much!
It’s my go to for vacation wear and last season’s hotness. Take my trip to Thailand for instance: I bought 10 outfits ranging in jumpsuits, shirts and infinite dresses.
We will probably we renew our vows before my Hangover 2 trip.

We actually got some bridesmaid dresses through this outlet… really cheap prices, which is nice. Basic styles in lots of color options. Great for a Vegas trip, beach weekend for a long, flowy dress. Options in the undies and bras. Loved all the pajamas! The material on most of the items is thin, thin jersey or cotton, expect to have to wear Spanx if you want to be decent! (Or maybe you don’t ;)) Definitely could have a cuter interior, as Moua mentioned. Super friendly sales clerk. I’m going again before my Spring break trip to Puerto Vallarta!

Since after Thanksgiving, I would drive from downtown Concord and see Tart Outlet on the way home. The signs — 80−90% OFF RETAIL caught my eye. So yesterday, I gave into the POP advertisements and finally stopped into browse around.
This place is in a definite need of an uplift — curb appeal and interior space design. It’s like shopping inside a box, but my ratings wont be based on that. They are doing some remodeling, such as painting the changing room –so expect to use the small bathroom for trying things on. In the corner of the room, there is a side room with adult size pajamas hanging on the walls in zebra, polka dot, and cheetah patterns. But I’m not quite sure how this fits in?
On the racks, you can find some really cute tops, dresses, and jackets here. Prices are posted on black boards around the store by category. My sister got a really cute dress for dress for $ 25 and I got a really cute top for $ 15. And these aren’t made out of cheap cotton either.
The only thing about shopping here is that most of the sizes run small, because they are either test samples or used from music videos. This is what the store clerk mentioned. So if you fit into these sizes, you’ll find yourself better fashionable deals than going to Forever 21 for junk.
