Went today 01/14/2016 at 8:15am prime time. I was made an extremely poor hot chocolate, not at all what i expect from the brand. I also had the pleasure of awkwardly watching the barista tell off a customer for reaching for a coffee that had been sitting in an aparent«no grab zone» for five minutes. It was the worst drink i have ever had from a starbucks and by far the rudest sevice. Never posted before but this place really dropped the ball.

These people don’t deserve your patronage. An obnoxious barista by the name of Jill threatened to charge me extra for milk, and broom boy Craig copped a ‘tude with me after I told her off and was headed out. With service this bad you know there’s a problem at the top. I had the opportunity to find out just how moronic the district manager is when she called me after I’d informed Corporate of the incident. I could practically hear her rolling her eyes as I explained what happened. «Uh-huh», «Uh-huh» was pretty much all she could say, until she asked me not to refer to the rude pair as jerks. Unreal. Reality check Sherri: Starbuck’s doesn’t need employees rationing milk or trying to dictate the customer’s diction. If you don’t like the robust language of 21st century English, try hiring people with class. Now, do the company and customers a favor and RESIGN. You suck. Starbucks, it’s time to clean house. Do you really want insolent trash representing this quaint location? Androids would do a better job.

Great service and a really nice atmosphere. It’s usually pretty busy but they do a great job getting what you want and in the time you need it. Everyone that works there is always friendly and very courteous = just a bunch of great people — but the barista Talya is a standout in this place, she is the BEST!!!

Stopped here several times for a quick coffee but to no avail. Long line, 2 – 3 baristas, cramped/little parking. If you’ve got time to spare, this is for you. If not, look elsewhere.

Great service with a teeny tiny, dangerously located parking lot. If you park in one of the two«dry cleaner only» spots, the guilt will be as piercing as the owner’s stare… Don’t ask how I know.

It’s right on the corner of an intersection, which means if there’s nonsense going on in the parking lot(people pulling in & out of spots, waiting for spots, trying to turn around, whatever lunatic moves people make when they’re coffee deprived), you’re messing up traffic flow or just have absolutely nowhere to go. On top of that, don’t even bother trying to find parking here. «15 minute parking limit»? That’s a nice thought, but it doesn’t apply to the customers here — they’ll sit & chat all day while their cars take up the handful of spaces available. One star for ease of access. Park on the street somewhere nearby & walk. It really should trade places with the Dunks on the opposite corner of the intersection. Service is typical of most Starbucks’ — good, but not outstanding — although there are a few baristas who can’t seem to focus on the line of customers snaking around the store & would rather chat with their friend.

beautiful Starbucks! I read that some people said it’s small, but I found this one to actually be unusually spacious with its layout and with its signature décor, it felt especially nice in the winter. There’s a dedicated parking lot which is nice and it almost looks like you’re going into someone’s house to get coffee. Perhaps I come from the suburbs and the city and those Starbucks are feel small and cramped and that’s why this one was so nice, so take that into account! My friend collects the mugs of each area and they had both editions of the Boston mug which was great for selection. They also had all of their holiday specials laid out and even though they didn’t have the signs up for the holiday drinks anymore, they were still happy to make them for my friend upon request since they had all the ingredients(pumpkin latte!) The people that work there were friendly and seemed to chat with other customers so I think if I lived in the area, I’d come here often!

Small and comfy. Lacking in the parking but makes up for it in customer service. Always a friendly face. The customer areas are always clean and fully stocked with necessities.

Teeny tiny Starbucks with not much parking. However, the baristas were very helpful and asked me several questions about my order(not too difficult, one cookie crumble frappuccino w/o coffee and one iced green tea soy latte, but I’m glad they were so dedicated to getting my order correct — I always appreciate the extra effort especially with drinks that have been customized!) – There was a large order in front of us and our drinks came out at a good pace — the wait wasn’t too long at all. The latte was delicious and my other half liked his frappuccino. I recommend this location if you find yourself in Concord! Very cozy and out of traffic.

The parking here sucks, which is why they don’t have much seating inside. Not a great use of space, but again, they don’t want people hanging out because the parking here sucks. The people who work here are great! Very friendly and efficient. If you go more than once or twice, they will recognize you and will probably even remember the drink you order!

I love any starbucks. You should really try the butter croissants. I like the hot chocolate or the decaf mocha with whipped cream.

This place needs more seating. There is an absolutely huge counter, at least ten feet long, that usually just has crushed delivery boxes or coffee grounds for composting languishing on it – or worse yet, there is nothing at all on the table and it is wasted space. Raise the counter level, put some seats under it, and let people sit there. The feng shui of the place is all wrong: there is a tacky island of merchandise in the middle of the store, while the customers are shunted into a corner. The large, cheap table in the seating area was probably butt-ugly when it was new, but now it just looks shoddy. So much for the Starbucks experience. «Please drop four bucks for our undistinguished latte and leave.» Also, this place closes too early. In summer, there are plenty of kids skating in the nearby parking lot around 9pm who would like to get an iced coffee drink, but the door’s already been locked. Starbucks also misses out on all the high school age customers getting out of the local high school football game on Friday nights. That being said, many of the baristas here are very friendly and charming. In particular, there is a tall guy who looks like a cute version of Eli Roth who is very nice.

This is your typical run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Consistent quality. The only negative thing that comes to mind is the lack of parking.

I love this Starbucks. I have been coming here 12 years. All the people working here are friendly, remember your name, greet you with a smile and will engage in conversation with you. It makes the experience great. I am so grateful to have gotten to know many people there.

It’s starbucks… need I say more? I’m a fan however at this location there isn’t much seating and getting a parking space is an epic battle!

Yes, it’s a Starbucks. Does it really need a review? Probably not, but I really like this location. It’s easy to snag a comfy chair and the staff are warm and friendly. This Starbucks has a Clover machine, so they’ll individually brew a cup of coffee for you. My favorite is the Kona, and it’s a Starbucks deal at $ 2.60 for a tall. In most locations with Clovers I have to ask for a grande cup so there’s room for milk, but here they do it without having to ask. That just makes me happy. The one downside is the parking lot. It can be hard to get a spot, and there’s not much street parking nearby. But it’s worth the hassle.

This Starbucks is great, because of the consistency of the cup-quality of the coffee. However, the location sets it apart from most coffee shops by far. The atmosphere also seems warmer than most coffee shops, in my experience.
