I was very impressed with her responsiveness and clarity. She met my father at the house the day before to get a better idea of what supplies to bring and provide a more precise estimate. All in all, Gabrielle made this process extremely easy and flexible for the customer, and I was more than happy with the results. This company uses eco-friendly products which is an added plus, and there were no strong chemical smells lingering by the time her helper was done cleaning.
