So sorry to write the review BUT bought a bike there several years ago. When I brought it in for a tune-​up I got a call saying they couldn’t fix it. Fine, whatever. The problem came when I went to pick it up (3 weeks later) and they wanted to charge $ 120 late fee (which they would reduce to 50) My problem is that they never let me know that they charged a «storage fee» and called a house phone that I don’t use. I gave my cell phone but never was told at any point about a storage fee. It is apparently written on a board (in print no one can read). Guy in the repair section was EXTREMELY rude– I would not go back and would not recommend it to anyone!

For bicycling, S & W Sports has uneven repair service and sales service. I had a very minor repair done (install a new dérailleur) but it took 4 business days longer than quoted and was not done right, needing a return trip, and it was still not the best it could be after that. In addition, it appears someone at S & W damaged a seatstay with a chain whip or similar tool — there are now three paint chips (down to the carbon) that were not there when I brought the bike in for work. I clean it regularly and would know. All I know is that I complained about the delay and got a misaligned dérailleur and an extra trip for my trouble. Several Concord riders suggested I use a different local shop when I told them this story.

S&W is the go to place for everything! I get my bike tuned and fixed, skis waxed and snowboard waxed. The service is professional, engaging, and a pleasure. I would definitely recommend it for anything you need from outdoor gear to simple fixes.

Great local bike and ski shop. It’s run by some folks who know the area well and are super friendly. They’re happy to spend time with you to make sure you purchase the right gear. Service folks are super too. Every time I’ve had my bikes in there for a tune up, they’ve been done correctly.

I’m pretty new to the sport of triathlons. First off, I’d like to say there’s a certain level of snobbery in alot of bike & sport specific shops… Not here! I ventured into S&W and with the exception of my road bike and tri top (which I had already) I was able to buy everything I needed here for my cycling needs. The atmosphere, knowledge & kind customer service is top notch… Sometimes I’ll just stop in to grab a gel or hammer nutrition packet (really because I have a question for staff & like looking around) thanks for everything guys. Please keep me updated on any future bike care seminars coming?!

Went in yesterday and could barely get the attention of guy at the counter (on computer) or another associate walking around. They seemed very inconvenienced. The store used to be great. The customer service is seriously lacking. Goodales is a MUCH better choice.

Excellent service outfitting my husband and I with skis and boots. Very knowledgable staff! I would definitely recommend S & W if you need to trade in, trade up, or just get started. They have EVERYTHING you need for skiing and boarding in a small friendly shop!

Great boot troubleshooting. If your boots need some fine-​tuning, go here. Prices are also competitive, but the service is where this place wins.

I went in to have a new Chain put on my bike. We had some issues with the bike after. But the shop did right by taking care of the customer in the end overall it worked out. They stand behind there work. Im glad we were able to work this out. I will be back for parts as I need on occasion.

I went in to buy a tool to repair my bike, I was looking for a specific brand. The guy on the sales floor said they usually stocked the brand, but he was unable to find any out back. However, he found one that the mechanics from the bike shop had and offered to sell it to me at a large discount.
It’s good customer service like this that keeps people coming back.

Went in this place to pick up some cycle shorts and gloves. They have a really big selection, even have snowboard and ski equipment. A ton of road bikes, they don’t have any Specialized, which I ride, but have a large array of Trek bikes to choose from. The staff seem nice, though we came in at closing time, so we didn’t really get a chance to talk to them.
I’ll definitely be going back. I’ll update if anything changes :)
