This place sucks ass!!! They have messed up our order the last three times we’ve ordered pizza there! The supervisor Jessica is a complete bitch and doesn’t have the first clue when it comes to managing a business, understanding customer service or God for bid trying to come up with a simple resolution to the problem that THEY keep messing up! Instead she wants to argue! When asked what WE, as the customer, can do to prevent this from happening in the future… Her suggestion was to come in and order it face to face versus over the phone! What a joke! They repeated the order to us over the phone twice… After three screw ups we’re more on top of it than that! She wasn’t even going to remake the pizza until I demanded it! Whoever owns this shit hole establishment should read the reviews and see that they have a MAJOR problem with the people they’ve hired! Jessica’s name is written in many of he reviews… And NONE of it is to compliment her! I wasn’t at all surprised to see her name after I wrote it down to come home and write this review! Hopefully they get some new people who understand that their business is all about the customer and without us… They have no business! Skipolini’s is a few more bucks but at least they get it right and the staff is super polite and professional! Mountain Mikes is also right down the road and has never screwed up our order! Don’t waste your money or time on this place! Would love to see it close down based on poor service and rude, disrespectful employees!

Although the delivery man was pleasant my pizza was cold I had to microwave it and the girl who took my order didn’t put my soda with the order. In other words she didn’t listen. Not sure how companies stay in business forgetting items they lose $ that way.

This is prob the first time I am writing a bad review this particular round table i just gave up on my pizza always being late on delivery or the order was wrong if they even put the order threw. on top of that the employees are always so rude it’s usually the same woman taking the calls and as many times as they have made mistakes or made me go out of my way for example one time their delivery guy was so unorganized he came to my house with the wrong pizza had accidentally given it to the previous drop off then was going to take forever to get my pizza so I just drove myself to round table to get it because he was so slow and just no clue what he was doing never once a coupon or at least an apology from anyone… it takes either really great service or horrible service to get me to write a review. but I personally am not going back and hope others have better customer service then I had received

We went to this Round Table for the first time tonight. I will start by saying I’m surprised this location has a 2 star rating. We were greeted by Joshua W as soon as we walked in the door. Prior to ordering I asked if he could put the Giants game on one of the TVs. After ordering he turned the Giants game on a TV right next to our table. It wasn’t very busy which was nice since our kids could play in the kids play area and we could still keep our eye on them. They also had kids/board games you could bring to the table. Our pizza came out very quick and it was good!!! Overall experience was nice! We will definitely go back!!!

We wanted pizza and this place was in the area, got there around 12:30 and the dude at the counter was a kinda blah, like we he didnt wanna be there, not really enthusiastic, that’s the look and impression he gives off, when you order and speak to him, didn’t bother me too much as long as you do your job, the restaurant was clean and looked nice over and it is smelled normal, restrooms were clean, smelled normal, no foul odors! The manager dude was very helpful, customer friendly, seemed like he really cared, wish I woulda got his name, I’d go back when he there I liked his customer service! he also asked how was everything was, , Thanks! it was also close end of lunch buffet like minutes to go, we requested a certain type of pizza, few minutes left just as I thought oh am here we go no pizza, along with other customers, they busted out with all kinda of pizza! Twists, cheese bread, they went from bleh to yeeah! Real quick real quick! If I’m the area for lunch buffet I’ll come here

She messed up my order and chose to argue with me, while the other staff thought this matter was a joke and laughing in the back about it, you would think they would have some respect for the people that support them but they don’t. I provide as detailed a review as possible, while still be ‘fair’. I breakdown my reviews in categories. I hope you find my review useful. I rate on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 is low and 5 is high. First, after reading the reviews, we opted for another pizza parlor. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We were going to another pizza parlor but decided to stop at this restaurant instead. I am glad we did because we learned a great deal. We arrived at the restaurant at approximately 1:20pm. 1. Appearance of restaurant. At first glance when we walked in, I was a little taken back. We could not find a clean table until we walked in the back area; there were several tables needing to be bussed. I will elaborate more below. Rating: 2. 2. Friendliness of staff. The cashier(female) was very nice and accommodating. I only saw one other employee and we did not speak. Rating for the cashier: 5! 3. Adequate number of employees. After we sat for about 20 minutes, I noticed none of the tables were bussed yet. After the cashier finished with the line of customers, she bussed the tables. She also cleaned up after people making messes at the salad, pizza, and drink bars. I blame the lack of the proper number of employees on management. I can understand a cashier ‘helping’ with bussing tables, should the need arise, but there needs to be another employee just for bussing tables, cleaning the floors around tables so we’re not stepping on food, etc. I only saw one other employee the entire time we were there, and she prepared the food and brought it out. Now, there could have been another person prepping food in the kitchen, but I did not see anyone. Rating: 1. 4. Quality & Appearance of food. When I walked in, I immediately walked to the salad bar to see the condition of the foods. I read several reviews and there was a definite concern about this area. I am quite particular about my salad; however, upon viewing the salad bar, it looked good to me. We decided to stay and eat. Now, the other reviews I read said it looked as if the salad bar foods had been out a very long time. The freshness of our salad bar could have because we arrived within a couple of the opening hour. Who knows? If we arrived during the dinner hour, I might have a different opinion. I will say that the salad bar was good with the exception of the fresh fruit. The cantaloupe appeared to have been frozen, causing it to be mushy. I gave my granddaughter a slice of orange. She bit into it and said, «I don’t want this; it doesn’t taste good». Strike two for the«fresh» fruit. There was not any fresh pizza when we went through the line, but we each took one slice. When the new pizzas arrived, they were very good. If it was sausage and pepperoni, there was plenty on the pizza; likewise the other pizzas. My granddaughter loved the cheesy sticks and the cinnamon sticks. Ratings: salad bar, 4; pizza bar, 4; drink bar, 5. Overall rating: 4. 5. Entertainment. There are TVs available, however, there is no WiFi. That was a big disappointment. Rating: 3. 6. Condition/Appearance of bathroom(s). None of us used the bathroom facilities, so I cannot provide a rating in this area. Rating: N/A. 7. Value. The cost of the buffet is about average. I have paid more at other establishments. This restaurant also provides a military discount! Rating: 5. My overall rating would be 3.5 stars, and I do not roundup, unless I really think it deserves it. I would give this restaurant another try during the dinner hour, to see if the foods are as other people reviewed. However, for me, today, this restaurant gets 3 stars. Bön appetite!

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here in this place. I don’t know where to start. It’s a Tuesday, which equals a buffet night. The salad bar looked as if the food had been sitting for hours! Also, they had no lettuce at the salad bar. Then why are you selling plates for the salad bar!!! The pizza was terrible and the service was no better. A couple behind us ordered an extra-large pizza to dine in. The idiots that work here placed the couples pizza at the pizza bar! At least his pizza was good. This round table is a shame. It was close to 80 degrees and we asked if we could put the air on, mind you it is 102 outside. Their response was«the owner has it set at a certain temperature.» What in the hell!!! Several of us complained it was so bad. We will no longer be back. This location needs to get it together!!!

Now i know why it’s a 1 or 2 star. Ordered multiple times and they have mixed up no clue with left or right hand does. Came this last time and girl ringing me up had no clue what I ordered or what ingredients it had. They totally forgot wings and messed up pizza order and said time to go and said we didn’t mess up order we just forgot something ! Lol. I said just give me my money back. They hesitated and said its not our fault. Asked for corporate number and they ignored me !

I haven’t ordered an actual pizza from round table in ages. Came in late one night and a pizza sounded good and nostalgia got the best of me. We ordered the combo supreme cuz we can never decide what we want and that fits the bill for everyone… or they take off what they don’t like. Don’t get me wrong, I think Round table is one of the better pizza chains. And this most recent pizza WAS good. But the price came to near $ 30 for the extra large… which *ahem* was not THAT large. It’s not a knock on this location in general but perhaps to the company as a whole. When other places(which will remain un named) are charging a third of the price for the same thing… you gotta wonder why. Maybe it’s only the buffet that is worth it…

The restaurant was very dirty for starters, it was family buffet night and there was only 5 pieces of pizza out that looked like they were there for a long time. We asked the staff as well as other families did when there would be more pizza and for an hour they said they are coming out soon. The staff was not very friendly. And i am not sure if anyone else spoke spanish but since i can i over heard them talking about all the families that werewaiting. None the less i would rather never come here again.

1:30PM on a Sunday with one table of customers. Should have been our first clue. Waiter messed up the order for our neighbors and got rude with them. All the unoccupied tables were dirty so I cleaned ours with napkins. The same waiter knocked over a full glass of soda on two people in my party, soaking their clothes. No apology and no attempt to help clean up. He did go to get some towels and then stopped to help a customer that just walked in, towels in hand, as we sat waiting in pools of soda! Water and soda still on the slick tile floor waiting for a victim when we left. Pretty pathetic! Does this place have an owner that cares? On the plus side the pizza was good.

I am a fan of round table pizza and since this is a new location I thought I would give it a try. I ordered online which I found to be fairly quick. It took an hour to arrive so if your going to order from here order early. The guy that showed up was very polite and even asked us if we would like any extra parmesan cheese or pepper seasonings. My order was a little crazy with special requested toppings and they got it all right. All in all, we were very pleased and will be coming back here again soon.

Poor management since they moved to their new location. Ordered the pizza at 6:17…it’s 7:59 and they still don’t know where my pizzas are. They were hit HARD because of the storm today(2÷6÷15), but wow… to not know how to manage the 5 of us who are waiting for our pizzas who were told they would be ready at 7:00…humm. That being said, Josh is delightful and Justin tries to calm the people who are being told their pizzas are lost. Yikes!!! No offer for a discount or free anything for the inconvenience. Welcome to the world of «NO-customer service»!!! This sadly is the second time this has happened here to me. Two strikes, and they are out. Boo-hoo, I loved Roundtable. Update… left with 1 pizza, yes, they lost one of mine… at 8:08 p.m. Double Boo!!!

The fourth time I called and asked for the Manager I was put on hold again, so I hung up and ordered Wingstop. Once again this resturant was rude to me. This is a review of the new Clayton Station location… They should be ashamed of their salad bar! My mother in law and I barely ate our salad bar because neither of us could find anything that didn’t appear to have been there for hours past its prime. Some of it looked like it could make a person sick. The service was lukewarm at best and I got the impression they really didn’t care if we returned or not. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the pizza seemed edible but nothing special. I expected something better. I was very disappointed. My kids love pizza so maybe I will give it another try in a few months but I don’t think I will chance the salad bar again.

Love Round Table, and love this new location. Immaculately clean, nice open layout, good customer service, and some damn good pizza. I came in her to get a small Chicken Garlic Supreme pizza with extra chicken on a skinny crust. They are pricey I will say, but damn they execute some good pizza for a chain. I also noticed how fresh and colorful the salad bar appeared while I waited. Definitely kudos for that. Walking distance to my house. Will be back.
