I visited the new store today to see what it was like. I didn’t have a good experience. The old store when I visited I was greeted and felt good. Today I looked around and went to check out and the cashier was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me. The only other customer came up and waited behind me. I finally put my item back($ 70 item). I left the store and the customer was still waiting. I saw other employees checking stock etc. but not checking if anyone needed help. I probably won’t return, Amazon sells their products. The product line is good but after reading other negative reviews maybe they need to re-think customer service.

I found customer service lacking in the Manager of the store. They were out of glue of certain kind in 4 oz and I asked a simple question if they would be willing to make up by selling me 4 one oz bottles. I got a rude and arrogant reply of «no» instead of some decent rationale. I drove 1 hour to check out the store. You are better off shopping online rather that supporting this business. Regardless I will not return again. They do have well laid out store.

I wanted to pick up some gift cards for my dad, who just took up woodcarving, but I was running behind schedule and couldn’t make it in before the atore closed. I called ahead and the gentleman agreed to stay open a few minutes past closing. When I arrived, I found a clean, organized, well-lit store. The two guys staffing the store were gracious and friendly. They called me by name(which I had given over the phone) and didn’t act put-out or irritated ATALL. I am really impressed with the atmosphere and service. I will definitely be back.
