Love the Reebook FitHub in NYC. Been loving the torture that is CrossFit since 2007, using Nike Free shoes almost as long. I really like how Reebok has supported the CrossFit community, so figured I would switch to the Reebok nano shoe for workouts when it was time to replace my Frees. My wife bought the nanos for me in NYC as a Christmas gift. I needed to exchange for a half size smaller. Saw that Concord has a Reebok factory store. Too easy. Staff that I met was angry at life and rude. Brands like Reebook will spend millions to steal market share from competitors like Nike. Their plan worked on me until an unhappy employee at a factory store decided to be as friendly as a root canal. You can keep the bad attitude Reebook store, I’ll keep my Nike Frees. Outcome: I returned the rebook nanos and placed an order on to buy another set of frees. Reebok needs to bring in a manager that can right this ship, or just close this location and focus on direct sales online.

Trying to find a sales associate will consume the majority of the time you spend in the store. Associates(once you find them) are very rude and look at you like you are crazy when you ask a question. If you can get past the attitudes, they do have good sales. Make sure you show them your AAA card for another 10% off.(AAA has Reebok/Rockport Outlet listed as a 40% discount though, which I found strange.)
