Professional Flooring

Update on my previous review.
We used Professional Flooring again when moving into our current home. The house was purchased with quite the gamut of flooring — tile, linoleum, (horrendous!) carpet and not very level sub floors. Professional Flooring came in and removed everything, which I know was quite a task (the builders used roofing nails on the linoleum floor.).
They offered us a few options for wood flooring — I really prefer the wide plank look. We were lucky enough to select a product that was on sale through the manufacturer, so we were able to get a deal for all wood flooring! I was very happy with that. One of their installers came out with a helper and had the floors in in a timely manner. They even custom stained floor vents to match the color of the wood we selected (see photo).
Side note. I read the other review’s comments about dogs, and honestly — if you have a dog, your wood or laminate floors WILL get scratched. That just happens! The benefits of having a pup far outweigh scratched floors, in my humble dog-​loving opinion ;)
It’s been four years living in our home and I can’t even count how many compliments we’ve received on our floors alone. They really are beautiful and are my favorite part about the remodel we did. I couldn’t be happier with the service Professional Flooring provided, and I always recommend them to friends and family.

Professional Flooring has taken care of our flooring needs for many years. We were originally referred by a family member whose flooring was noticeably well done and very durable. We have had the same experience. Most recently, our new kitchen flooring was installed. It looks beautiful and we have had numerous compliments. It has withstood a dog and four grandchildren. There is a reason Professional Flooring earned Best of Concord two years in a row. They deserve it.

They installed our laminate wood floors in our entire house. I brought them a sample of what I wanted they chose the worst quality at the highest price. They called the morning of the installation to have the installer tells us our dogs will scratch the floors easily. Jerry, the guy that came out to measure & drop off the flooring a week before installation, knew we had dogs which it did not matter. My entire house has scratches & imprints from my dogs, my shoes/​flip flops, anything I have ever dropped on the floor, furniture marks. canister roller marks, you name it. Also I thought I could put it on my credit card & they did not tell me until the day of installation they take cash or checks only. I highly DO NOT recommend them. I recently put new flooring in my business for third the price from another company & the floors don’t have one scratch & we drag all kinds of things on it.
